Gaborik should be fined and benched for clanging that puck off the post in overtime. There was no excuse whatsoever in missing a wide-open net. None.

You listen to the Rangers announcers...when they play national tv games..you read about it...the great young defensive core and with that said..there is something really wrong with how this team plays at certain times during the game and almost always in the last 3 minutes of tight games. I mean, it all looks great on paper but is it? It seems to me that you have a bunch of middle guys and I dont mean in talent. Defenseman are usually either fast and play two way well or dominate in their zone..the good ones. With the Rangers, you have a bunch of guys who are neither..but they are talented. Not big and dominating in front of the net..nor are they great at the point with slap shots on the PP. Mac has looked better on the offensive end and Staal joins the play nicely (and pays for it almost every time) but I just cant put my finger on whether or not this teams defensive core is as good as everyone loves to remind us each game. Not sure if that makes sense.
Terribly poor showing again last night. Richards is beyond bad. As far as I see it, if it weren't for Carl Hagelin of all people, the Rangers wouldn't have a single player even meeting expectations, let alone exceeding them.
Sens have the second best PK in the league, Rangers have the third worst in the league. Ottawa aren't an especially physical side, but they're young and fast; if you don't leave someone at home during the PP then there's always a decent chance that we're going to break out.
Richards is the gayest fuck on the ice. My God, he blows. He cant even manage to control the puck for two seconds without it bouncing off his stick. He cannot manage to complete a single pass .Is he on the crack rock or what the fuck??????

Richards is effing killing me. it's funny, every year no matter the situation theres' one player that manges to infuriate me game in and game out. (it's not DelZotto!) He did make one good play last night in OT when Gabby hit the post........but again succeeded in erasing that from my memory by completely missing the net in the shootout.....is Cally the only guy on this team that can score in the SO (with his one move). They played like pussies as soon as they went up 1 and were lucky to come out with a point.....aaaand once again as great as Hank played, he doesn't come up wit the big save or at least control the rebound better on their second goal....... and wtf hapepened to Girardi on the 1st goal, that looked like me chasing down someone with the puck. (and JT Miller wtf dude.....deke the balls off the goalie, just put in in the open net, cripes)
