Get ready for a big announcement tomorrow. Woody needs to steal the thunder away from the Super Bowl.

Absolutely not. Fitz had better WR's in Buffalo and still wasn't that much better.

    Ryan Fitzpatrick 24 TD's, 60% completion percentage, 16 INT's, 3,400 yards

    Mark Sanchez 13 TD's, 54% completion percentage, 18 INT's, 2,883 yards

Yes he was THAT much better

Maybe Jerry would take Sanchez and let Orton go if...

First of all Orton would want to start, so he'd be on board.

So you have to dangle something in front of Jerry. Of course the Jets would first have to pay down a hefty chunk of Sanchez's contract. Then, how about a fifth or so draft pick?

It would be worth it to get that stinking pile of suckage off the Jets.

Ehh.. I would rather not Orton I don't want to hear names of QB's who Tebow replaced I say ride it out with Sanchez,McElroy and Matt Moore. Let them battle it out for the starting job whoever wins will start simple as that. Tbh I don't care who starts if they win in camp they obviously deserve it.

A package deal with Revis or Cro would help his defense and clear our books.

Tebots have their precious little take on Orton, but they are wrong, as we here who are Jet fans know about. We don't buy into the Tebot propaganda about Orton and what went down in Denver.

I wouldn't mind bringing in Orton, still would prefer McElroy though.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I wouldn't mind giving David Garrard a last look. If he can prove that his knee is healthy, he's light years ahead of Sanchez and better than most of the other affordable possibilities out there. He'd come dirt cheap. He was probably on pace to be the Dolphins starter last year before he got hurt.

Another guy that I would give a look to is Vince Young. He is still young, I believe he's 29. It wont hurt to see what he has left.

I think the problem with Young is, he just doesn't want to play football ... "Gholstonitis". At least we know Garrard desperately wants back into the league.

this would probably be the best option to go with, and i don't mean that in a good way.

I might package Revis in a deal for Matt Stafford. I'm not going to package him for a guy who if he has a bad year next year everybody will say he's a bust.

Freeman has been better than Sanchez but not by much.

Lets see what happens with McElroy...Flynn will cost alot, Orton will have demand and Sanchez is a joke.

We need to get some weapons around for our QB...Geno Smith does not excite me anymore sigh

Yeah ... I know it's nothing to get excited about, but at least the guy is an experienced, competent QB and he mostly throws the ball to his own team.

    Here's another idea --
Keep Sanchez as our starter but dress our WR's in the uniform of the opposing team. Or maybe just let them wear grass, since that's what he hits most of the time anyway :)
