no more predicitons out of me, i threw a whammy on the boys.
    i'm ice cold right now.
crosby is a tool. he's a tremendous player. he's also a miracle of evolution. he has no balls but he's such a big prick. i keep waiting for some player, any player, to give that guy a mouthful of chicklets. knock his lights out. just once. i'd leave that video on loop for the rest of my days.

I'm really trying hard not to panic, but this team looks in trouble to me (even before Cally went down)

Hank is playing ordinary hockey and that's the biggest difference between last year and this.

They played gritty, defensive hockey last year but made similar mistakes to what they are doing this year.....only last year Hank bailed them out at key moments....this year, not happening, at least not yet, mistakes wind up in the back of the net.

    Struggling for offense......as usual

Isles surging makes this even more worrisome

There is no question in my mind that Staal is a much better all around defenseman.

It's not easy on Staal covering up for MDZ all the time

    Pat Leonard ‏@NYDNRangers
Tortorella focused on Rangers' lack of mental toughness and quick decision making as root of problems; also not having puck enough

They get the puck plenty. Problem is they don't know what to do with it when they get it

Disagree with you we never have the puck, always letting the opposition carry the play

And this is why I'm much more worried about the state of the fan base than I am the state of the team.

I guess no matter what, MDZ will always be one of those people that is hated by a certain portion of fans. It's a shame, really.

They have the puck all the time on the "Power" play. They just never shoot it.

Other than clanging the puck off the post twice in the third period of a one-goal playoff game, name one memorable play by Michael Del Zotto?

That puck he shot off Boyle's head into the net against the Leafs was impressive, wasn't it?

The MDZ bashing is a little much. The forwards on this team deserve the lions' share of blame......and again, I hate to say it...but Hank's gotta make a few more big saves too.
