aaaannnddd the Giants get the steal of the draft ("single and ready to mingle" was hilarious). I doubt he falls that far to be honest, but great pick.

Yeah I was surprised to see him in on the board. I was targetting LB but I thought it'd be more likely Ogletree.

Yeah, I was surprised Te'o slipped past the Steelers. (not to say Ogletree was a bad pick though)

i thought about it for 10 minutes or so. but the domination by alabama against him put the seed of doubt in my mind.

me thinks lebeau could be more flexible with ogletree than with teo.

I wanted Te'o as a Bear but didn't get him so I'll take the next best thing....Minter had a great year as a Tiger and since Urlacher's old and is a FA and may not be back....the Bears need a steady MLB presence.

TE FA market is pretty deep so I think the Bears get themselves one there rather than draft in round 1....so yeah it sucks to skip on my other boy.

I see what you're saying, no real complaints about the pick, Olgetree is one hell of a player. You can never go wrong with an SEC LB.

There is so much depth at TE in this draft though, you could still acquire a really talented one later on if you cant go OLine.

No 3rd round pick for CHI thanks to the Marshall trade so I only pick once more and need to go you know where there. That's true though.

My Bengal draft Board fell apart in a NY Minute.

I went with Barrett Jones, best center in the draft and it isn't even close. A need by the Bengals, even though they're more pressing needs. I can get these other positions without reaching now with my two 2nd Rd picks.

    Dont brag.

Bengals need a stud of a Center, I think Jones can become that.

The Fluker pick was solid as well, I keep going back and forth on where I'd value him but he's a solid fit for the Rams.

The Rams get the guy they want @ 22 after all the O-linemen went off the board before their first pick and earlier than expected.

Fluker is a tremendous right tackle prospect, his problem is that he really doesn't translate to the blindside, but Safford did a great job there last year so that is a non-issue for the Rams.

While reading up on the Rams needs/FA possibilities pre-TGG draft it seemed to me that they are likely to dish out some $$ in FA to solve one of their two o-line problems (Guard and right tackle).

The versatility of Fluker to play both RT and also slide inside gives the Rams the versatility to spend their money on the guy in FA they really want.

I think you will agree Jones would be long gone by my pick at the Top of Rd 2. I will have a lot more choices of the other key needs.

I wouldnt see him getting past pick 30 to be honest, so where you selected him was correct. Bengals have a chance to really improve with that high pick in the second, many positions of need still there for them.
