Does anyone here have any experience with these? In September I dislocated my elbow and fractured the radial head playing baseball. It was literally bent the wrong direction, and I popped it back in myself without really thinking about it, just kind of grabbed it and pulled it in to my body. I went through a couple months of physical therapy, but I still can't fully straighten it and there is still some (very) mild pain when I try. The x-rays show it healed, and the physical therapy did all it can really do. Anyone have any anecdotal evidence as to when I can expect to be back to normal? I'd like to be able to swing a bat or golf club again.
I recommend firearms. And recreational drugs in ridiculously large quantities. You'd be surprised how far down the list of things to worry about your elbow is.
I have never had any serious elbow injuries, but it looks like you really fucked up you elbow. So, I would imagine its going to take a long time to fully heal.
