Miami has already had some good wins this season. But this of course tops the list. They beat the #1 ranked team by 30+.
St. John's holds on. They need to do a better job hitting Free Throws down the stretch. Harrison and Sampson played great
Pointer missed at least a couple (he's a soph). They were 21-35 on the night. They must have been like 18-23 going into the last 3 minutes of the game. http://scores.espn.go.com/ncb/boxscore?gameId=330230164
Great night in CBB, Carolina takes care of business and crushes GT while duke gets humiliated by UM. UM is a very good team, they have a 2 game lead in the ACC. I don't think they will win the reg season title but they are good team.
ACC is wide open because we're only five games in. I would be very surprised if UNC won it, though. Duke and Miami are the class of the conference. Meanwhile, more chaos at NC State: http://www.cbssports.com/collegebas...-state-player-blasts-coach-tj-warren-retweets
I saw a bit of this game. UCLA seemed to set an aggressive tone early and never stopped. They made AZ look slow and uninterested. I now want to see AZ again to figure out if it was just a bad day.
How is it going to work next year. WHo will SU play twice in the ACC? I think we will only get Duke and UNC once. Is that right?
I am not sure yet. according to the link below they will play UNC once next year and duke twice but I'm not sure if that is accurate. http://www.nunesmagician.com/2012/7...otball-basketball-lacrosse-schedule-2013-2014
