Seriously, isn't this the most bizarre story you've seen? In a 5 year span he's knocked out: Brady in Week 1 of '08 (they won 11 games with Cassel, but coming off the 18-1 season, you can make the case he ruined their season). Welker in '09 in week 17 (got blown out by Baltimore the following week; could not must anything offensively). Gronk in '11 postseason (had to use Gronk as a decoy in the SB; offense faltered as a result). Ridley last night (that turnover was the turning point in the game). How is it possible that 1 person can alter a team's season THAT much?! The funniest thing too was Bill Simmons claiming in his Friday article that him and every Pats fan KNEW it was going to happen. It was just a matter of 'when' and 'at what point.'
On top of that Pollard did the first one as a Chief, the second one as a Texan, and the next two as Ravens. Also, when the Ravens played NE earlier this season, I was making Pollard jokes as I always do. When nothing happened, I let my friend know, "you're going to play the Ravens in the playoffs, and Pollard is hurting someone". I obviously said it offhandedly and as a joke, but man this guy just has ruined the Pats. Also, I mentioned it in the game thread, Rex would make Pollard the only captain when we played the Pats. You know he would do it

Armandj, Pollard signed a 2 year deal with Baltimore last year, this is the last year of that contract.
