Broncos 9.5 point favorites? kiss my ass... I knew this was gunna be a ballgame, same with the Texans tomorrow.
Yes, I don't know what everyone else was watching. Gumbel and Dierdorf are clueless. Obvious fumble when seeing it on replay.
They called blow to head way differently 12 years ago than today. Was that even an enforced penalty or penalty then? They call anything QB hit related way different today than back then. Yet the tuck rule lasted. Tom Brady was the tuck rule misenforced at the wrong time. Hopefully they just scrap the rule and once the QB goes past the point of being able to throw the ball with is arm its now open to being fumbled.
4th quarter, this game will hurt Peytons legacy if they lose. The game has been handed to him on a silver platter with 2 special teams touchdowns.
The rule never specifies if the defender makes contact if it means anything different: NFL Rule 3, Section 22, Article 2, Note 2. When [an offensive] player is holding the ball to pass it forward, any intentional forward movement of his arm starts a forward pass, even if the player loses possession of the ball as he is attempting to tuck it back toward his body. Also, if the player has tucked the ball into his body and then loses possession, it is a fumble. The way it was enforced for Brady changed everyone's perception of the rule
Spurs are out of it. Spurs are going to be champions. Refs rigged it for the Thunder to win the finals and SPurs series. :breakdance:
