    Wow

My beloved team Galatasaray signed with Wesley Sneijder and Drogba in the last 5 days.

Schalke is our Rd of 16 opponent in Champions League. If we beat them up, with the team chemistry improving, we can make some noise in Champions League. Semi Final is my dream. Oh God please make it happen. :)

Sneijder and Drogba, seriously? Wow they are going for it.

I like this team. Just aesthetically. Awesome crest and kits.

Will they be allowed to play in the Champions League? Drogba seems like he has been all over the map lately. Certainly getting good use of his passport.

Yes both Sneijder and Drogba are eligible to play in Champions League. If they somehow mesh, we might be the dark horse in the Competition

The Toon are going french with their siginings...i like the moves, but they need another explosive player.

    http://stoopsports.com/2013/01/30/the-french-revolution-strikes-newcastle/

Im hearing rumors of Wilfred Bony and Ricky van Wolfswinkel

Also funny to see Newcastle are signing better french players for the most part compared to Arsenal (Who have been pissing me off with their play and lack of moves)

    Niang (1994) - Balotelli (1990) - El Shaarawy (1992)

Fuck yeah! (If only we had some decent defenders...)

PS For those who don't know the strongest out of the three is definitely El Sharaawy... and Niang shares his role with a guy that goes by the name of Robinho...

I'm watching Schalke/Galatasary. It turns out the Turkish club has Drogba and Sneijder.

Drogba signed in China but he claimed he wasn't being paid, so he breached his contract and went to Turkey.

Galatasary is obviously paying over the market because I can't understand otherwise why these players are going to a second-rate league.

They're leading Schalke 1 nil and Barca and AC Milan are 0-0.

As a die hard Galatasaray fan I am pretty sure we will not advance. Schalke played much better and deserved to win. Luckily the game ended 1-1 so we still have a shot in Germany.

AC Milan defeated Barca 2-0. Unbelievable. I have to watch that game now.

I just saw that Shalke is filing a protest because they don't think Drogba should be playing.

I don't think they will achieve what they are hoping to achieve.

    Drogba wasn't paid in China.

He sent two notices to his club there asking for his money.

Chinese Club still didn't pay and he terminated his contract. He then signed with Galatasaray and asked FIFA to provide him temporary license so he could play for Galatasaray.

Galatasaray then added him to the Champisons League Squad but told UEFA that Drogba's permanent license is still not available.

UEFA sent a note to Galatasaray and granted permission.

Now Schalke claims Galatasaray added Drogba to the squad after Feb 1.

Yes his temporary license was obtained from FIFA after Feb 1 but the application was already filed before Feb 1.

So to me Schalke is dreaming. They are the favorites and they will advance. Not sure why they are doing this. This will make Drogba more angry and we know he can do some crazy stuff on the field.
