You're really comparing him to Sanchez? Not even close. I'd take him over Sanchez every day of the week.

    So far he's showed alot...what is that 4 or 5 FG's in 2 playoff games ?

Guys a real gamer. Against a Texan team that is choking the last moth.

Anyone else think the Packers tanked week 17 so they'd have the Vikes first round and be able to easily shit on them? If I were them I'd much rather play them than the Bears or Giants first round, that's for sure.

I thought the Redskins were going to rout the Seahawks the way that game started, but key turnovers and RGIII getting hurt turned that one around. Seahawks are going to be tough to beat!

Broncos vs Seahawks or Packers in the superbowl.

No, they were playing to win week 17 because had they won they woulda got the 2 seed and been playing at home Saturday night instead of going to San Francisco

No because if the Packers had won they would have a bye and the 49ers woulda hosted the Bears instead.

Poor RGIII he is the best QB out of this draft and was too injured to show the world that he is. Also he is a animal to play through a knee injury when his knee is very important to his game

What's your point? I didn't say Dalton is a good QB.

But he's a lot better than Sanchez. No QB who started most of the games the last two seasons has been worse.

    http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/qb

Sanchez 2012 dead last in DYAR and 35th in DVOA. 2011, 31st in DYAR, 29th in DVOA.

Dalton is middle of the road. Comparing him to Sanchez is laughable.

A lot of QBs have failed in playoff games. Tony Homo and Matt Ryan haven't exactly done anything in the playoffs, but they're both far better than Sanchez. Same for Luck and Griffin.

heh, if I were them I'd rather have a bye than play anyone.

The reason that game was so big was that both teams needed it. Vikings needed a win for a wild card and the Packers needed a win to get the #2 seed.

What RG3 did was completely selfish, if its true what he told Shanahan...

Dont act like Kirk Cousins wasnt part of the win streak, cuz he was. He beat Baltimore and beat the Browns. RG3 should not have been playing, very selfish imo and kinda shows his true character.

“I’d probably been right back out there on the field. You respect authority and I respect coach Shanahan but at the same time you have to step up and be a man sometimes. There was no way I was coming out of the game,” Griffin said. “It’s an awkward conversation you never want to have with a head coach. You don’t want him to ever feel like you’re lying to him. I wasn’t lying to him, I was able to play. Period. If he would have pulled me out, I would have been highly upset but that’s his prerogative. He kept me in.”-RG3

Completely ridiculous, you dont do that to your coach no matter who you are.

I agree, it was pretty stupid more than anything. I heard unconfirmed reports that he could be out 12-18 months with ACL and PCL tears too. I hope that isn't true, he is fun to watch, but might smarten him and other players up a bit when it comes to situation like this.

I don't think so. He wanted to play at all costs, it's the coaches decision to bench him. What Shanahan did was much worse, mislead the media, misrepresent conversations with Andrews, sending RGIII back in after BAL hit, acting like RGIII shouldn't have been pulled at halftime, saying in his post game that somehow SEA stopped WAS after the first two drives ignoring the fact that uhhhh RGIII getting hurt changed that. Oh on top of that, running QB draws/run plays when you could see RGIII was struggling to run it. And now, supposedly he just said RGIII could play in the Pro Bowl. I think partly RGIII was so strong on potentially ignoring Mike and playing was well, Mike ignored the doctors in BAL and ignored them this time around it seems so RGIII follows his coach

when LT was injured and sat on the bench people criticized him. when RGIII is injured and tries to play people criticize him.

you can't have it both ways.

this is the same dynamic that ruined Grant Hill's career. he fucked up his ankle in the playoffs, and to prove how tough he was he played the rest of the series on it, and it took 5 years to finally heal.

RGIII should have sat not because it was selfish to play, but because he should have been selfish and protected his health.

Why damage a long term asset for a short term gain?
