Ryan can coach the defense on his own, We would be better off that way

Having the Ryan twins together on the team will turn the Jets from a circus into a magic show akin to the film, "The Prestige"

I wouldn't approve only because I don't want to feed the circus atmosphere/media.

I'd want Thurman over anyone. Continuity on at least one side of the ball.

Seriously, you guys really think that after 50 years Rob is going to let Rex be the boss of him?

They've probably been having that fight since they were 9 years old.

Rob had up to 5 starters out most of the time this year. If he is fired it would be a mistake (and Jerry is prone to them) .

The prestige might be the most underrated movie of all time ( GREAT movie)

I don't see the Cowboys letting him go. Most GMs in the league are not emotional over-reactionists like fans and don't fire coaches after 1-2 years. That would be sweet if he came, but it's very unlikely.

Who knew a winning record resulted in a failed coach?

Even if Rob were better than Rex as a DC, I wouldn't want him if Rex was still the HC. Conflict of interest between business and family. Rex has a hard enough time letting go of people he likes on the team, if Rob were screwing up how hard would it be on Rex to recommend he went away and how likely would Rex fight to keep Rob if he were under performing. Not a good arrangement in my eyes.

The circus of a staff stocked to the gills with Ryans makes be shudder. It's in ALL their DNA to keep things interesting. I'm looking for more of a very uninteresting 11-5 or even 10-6.

This... Hopefully. Secondary has always been our strong point. Time to reward Thurman.
