I was thinking about taking Lester in the 3rd, but I couldnt pass up Jamison (just projecting in my head where these guys would go essentially)

Rambo would be awesome in the second, although I dont know if I LOVE him at 39, but if we're desperate I dont think its a terrible Idea.

I think we'll come out of free agency with two safeties (Bell and Someone), I honestly dont think Landry will get all the money hes thinking he'll get. Too many organizations are scared off by injuries, even on a healthy year.

I think Phillys line is going to be okay, they just got killed by injuries. Dont forget they still have Peters.

If the Chiefs go Jockel, Lewan is a lock at Arizona, I just didnt mock that in this scenario.

And since Detriot went tackle last year, I think theyll go defense this year or BPA (Te'o). If anything, they need interior help.

That would be awful, but you know #5 isn't sliding to the 8th pick.

Talking about Safeties, I heard earlier Tony Jefferson, Oklahoma declared, he's a very solid player, I'd love for him to be a Jet.

I'm also a big fan of Elam, Thomas, and Duke. All of them I'd like to draft.

Elam is a big hitter, I like him a lot.

Isaiah Johnson from GT is a great underated player, he was probably one of the best Safeties I've seen play this season.

Overall,, Tony Jefferson is still my favorite.

I think the Chiefs go Geno, Jags take Star, Raiders to Joeckel, Eagles take Moore, Lions go Milliner or trade back, Browns go Jones, Cardinals go Lewan, Bills take Te'O and we choose between Werner, Warmack or trading back

A good amount will depend on Cliff Avril. If he doesn't wind up back in Detroit a pass rusher would probably be the pick there.

Detroit also needs a CB and people are forgeting about Milliner, except Jeti, he's a solid top 10 player.

if Detroit passes on him, we'd be in prime position to trade back with a team trying to get in front of Tennessee. But I doubt Detroit does that. Milliner will give them a young stud at CB who can start a RCB from day 1.

detroit will go with the best person on their board, whether it be a pass rusher or dee milliner. they were 14th overall in pass defense this year, something i think some people forget. if their top pass rusher is still on the board even with milliner, i bet they scoop up with pass rusher. a talented pass rush can make up for a shitty secondary

Oh it's easy to say yes, But Teo is the clearly the cream of this draft in my eyes and I could see a team trading up to take him. With the New administration coming in to Kansas City I fully expect them to try to trade down out of the first spot. Will they succeed? Depends on if someones buying or not and covets T'eo....who is the only player on the board worth trading up to #1 or #2 for. Frankly with the Dolphins having 5 picks in the first 3 rounds if they were to covet T'eo they are well positioned to go for it and not lose any real draft depth. But who knows what any team is really thinking, or what they really need.

If Matthews does indeed stay in college I wouldn't be suprrised to see a team move up in to the 7-9 slot in the draft, depending on how the draft falls of course, since if Matthews stays out that leave 3 OT's truly worthy of a first round pick and definite difference makers at Left Tackle. At least as things stand now.

Of course this is all strictly hypothetical. But then again every mock anyone posts is strictly hypothetical based on assumptions of who will be available and where. There are always Guys who should go high but wind up slipping many rounds from where all the draftniks believe they should be drafted, and always some who "come out of nowhere" to be drafted far earlier than projected. And of course the top prospects will change somewhat over the next 2 or 3 months. But in the end, 99% of everything discussed in this, or any, forum is hypothetical based off of what may or may not occur.

But thats the fun of it, it's all based off of hypotheticals, possibilities, Dreams.

Now is it likely that any team will trade up 10-12 slots for Teo? It's not real likely, but, consider this. If a team is 100% confident they can get one of the players that fits their need at 10 or 12, and the best offer they get is a first rounder and a 2nd rounder is it better to take a deal that is less than the "slot value" and take a player that will be available 10 slots later and take whatever value you can get, even if it doesn't match the slot value, and gain an extra pick or two? Or is it more logical to say screw it, and reach 10 slots?

that said, T'eo won't get the pick haul that RG3 got the Rams, he's not a QB.

I think PHI goes with him.....Aso may be cut loose and Idk how high new management would be on Boykin as a fulltime CB.

I forgot about Reiff as the Lions pick last year. Still if the Michigan product is there, it'd be tough to not see him as a Lion.

Philly needs some O-Line help, depends whose available.

Lions need a CB, it's a big hole and a outside rusher like Jones would be a good pick, Avril's days maybe numbered.

If the Eagles do let Vick go, and as I understand it they do have a "get ouf of jail" card built in to his contract, they will definitely need to improve their O-Line as a priority. Of course if they Let Vick and Aso go they'll have a ton of free cap space to go after one of the FA tackles this off season. But if they don't have the cash, or lose out, I'd bet good money they'll go with one of the two prime OT's.

Like Warmack a lot and i think that Howard can be a everyday starter and would want more front 7 defensive guys like Jordon but Elam would be a awesome pick in the second

Jason Peters returns, its all a matter of how effective they think he will be coming back. He was pretty good before the torn Achilles.

Lewan may be a elite T but guard is a huge need for this team and Warmack is elite G and they say he is one of the best guard prospects ever

Lewan definitely presents great value if he is available there, but I'm interested in seeing another year of Austin Howard. If Lewan is there, I would probably look to trade back as somebody would jump for an elite tackle there.

As is the tackle position... Howard was average at best and the tackle position is a lot more important than the guard position.

I love Warmack, but you do not pass up Lewan at 9.
