I hope we sign Gamble. I do not want this team to sign some slapdick GM. Hopefully this is just to intensify the negotiation money wise.

The Jets better not blow this with Gamble... Watch Scott Cohen be our next GM. That would be funny to say the least...

Well, I'm sure Cimini will take great delight in being right about this. That means he can ask Rex about his tattoo on Tuesday all day, every day.

Honestly, as long as we don't end up with an in house candidate, I will be happy. I don't think Bradway/Cohen are going to get the job. Otherwise, why waste money hiring a search firm?

We have to just be doing the Rooney Rule justice....

We seriously can't fuck this up with Gamble. What a fail if so....

Woody Johnson is such a fail. We're going to hire Tannebaum's assistant GM Cohen probably because it'd cost less money and because it shows the fans that a "Change was made at GM" when Cohen would be a YES! Lackey to Johnson to show fans to buy season tickets.

Sheesh, why are you jumping off the ledge with this....

Let's use logic. If Woody wanted to save money, he wouldn't have hired a search firm in the first place. He would have just looked and said 'Cohen, you're my GM'...

Odds are, we're doing the right thing and interviewing the candidates we want to consider. So long as we get a guy who comes from a winning organization, I won't complain. The fact that Heckert won't come here helps us get off to a BIG start.

We've interviewed Gamble and I think thats it, we have to weight our options, what if someone better is out there who knows? no need to rush
