If you are talking about Lindley he is a rookie 6th round pick. Skelton was a 5th. They are pretty awful, but Sanchez is much worse if you consider his cap number, draft position and the fact that he is banging our coaches wife so he cant lose his job.

Think about it - would he put an offensive tattoo 2 inches below a tattoo that had his children's names around it? He's messing with the media, and they're going to look stupid and like they photo-shopped when he has nothing on that arm but the Shamrock upon his return to NY. At least that's what I hope happens, otherwise it's kind of weird and icky. In a transient sport like football, it wouldn't make any sense to get a Jets jersey permanently put on his body.
I am ambivalent about the story, except for one part. Some here seem to suggest this was intentional, and Rex is mocking the media. One part about that I don't get, and that involves bringing his wife into it, and suggesting she has the hots for Sanchez. I don't see how else to read the connection suggested by the 6 jersey. Here's the part I don't get - I can't imagine doing something like that to my wife. I have to wonder what his wife thinks about it, too. I know she's supposed to be a swinger, or so it is said, but even so she's got to be upset about this, or is some kind of freak I don't understand. Either the tat is for real, which is too weird to contemplate, or it's a "joke" that is made to at least some extent at the expense of his wife's reputation. And that my friends shows poor judgment. Joke or no, I don't think my wife would get over something like that. Maybe his wife is different, but...

Same here. I'm just SO tired of that dumbfounded, disoriented look on his face after each and every game-changing turnover he commits. I honestly think he needs a change of scenery just as much as the Jets need a new leader under center. I will legitimately be disgusted if I ever see him play another snap for this team.
