At this point Sanchez is the worst starting QB in the NFL. It's not right to blame everything on Sanchez since this is a mediocre team with or without him, but it's clear he's not good enough to start in the NFL.
Starting McElroy accomplishes two things. 1. IF he proves everyone wrong and is better than we thought he is, then we have our QB 2. McElroy is a placeholder for a year until we draft our QB in '14
Yep, and it's well needed. OL, LB, S, and QB all need upgrading. WR if we resign Bray can probably stay course. TE will need upgrading if Keller leaves. RB will need upgrading if Greene leaves. We are probably set at P, CB, and DL.
I was at the game today,,,,,people with me and around me ALL bills fans. They were saying before the game how bad Fitzpatrick is and how they would like / love to have Sanchez,,,,,,by the 4 th qtr and then games end they told me things like " he looked real bad " or " that was brutal to watch " needless to say their tune changed dramatically. I hope we somehow move mark he needs a change of scenery and is not THE guy toe ad us,,,,,ps blow this mess up and start from scratch ,,,this is a mess
This is possible but I still can't quite get my head around the notion that the Jets will be the first team in NFL history where the backup QB is the most hated player on the roster. I just don't see it. Toxic fumes have to get swept away. You can't just live with them for a year because everything around them becomes more toxic in the process.
It is what it is. The team gets worse by cutting him this year if I read the cap right. If you win and do well and he's the backup, nobody will care about his last two years.
