    As offensive line coach !! Guglielmo is probably out anyway, Sparano did a good job with the Cowboys OL.

    I'd keep him as OL coach, he'll be overpaid but so what.

    I'm not totally against this if he's willing to take a demotion

    Sparano is in over his head as a HC or OC...but maybe focusing strictly on the o-line is where he does his best work

    People are often promoted to the level of their incompetence.

    Sparano is a fist pumping genius. He should be promoted to HC/GM/owner. Then when the Jets win 500 consecutive superbowls the earth will bow down and worship him as the demi god he is.

    He did a good job with the OL here and had an absolute shit depth chart to work with. I think the results of this year's offense are more indicative of how shitty our roster is, not so much the design. Either way he's a goner.

    Yea he did a great job with the o line, MclRoy was sacked 11 times 2 more away from breaking the NFL record

    As a whole, the OL improved this year from last year. SD game was bad. There are 14 other games.

    It's laughable how some of you guys think.

    I want a new GM, with a solid scouting personnel background, and let that GM make all of the Football decisions, including firing Rex if he feels it's the best interest to turn around this dysfunctional franchise.

    What season are talking about, the O-Line underperformed big time this year and showed a little promise the last 4 games, except for last week's joke.

    Not how they graded out and aside from @PIT, SF and @SEA the offenses problems stem from other areas imo. The backs and TEs struggling to pick up blitzes, our QB failing to identify it as well.
