Ill pay for the taxi and the plane ticket, Ill go as far to carry his fucking bags to the gate and wave him off to parts unknown
Since it looks like the Jets are looking to hire virtually anyone at this point, do you think that there's any chance that we get some up-and-coming coach who'll install a read-option offense? Is this just a pipe dream? It might make sense because Rex really wants to run the ball and Johnson wants to have an "exciting" brand of football.
This is what concerns you? Rex and Woody have no idea what the read-option offense is. Rex doesn't even know what a Pro-Style offense is.
Second best Christmas gift/news we as Jets fans could receive (behind the supposed Tanny-being-fired reports) !
Dont jump to conclusions just yet, The Jets always lie about this shit and they could be doing it to keep fans from going nuts. I wont belive Tanny gets reassigned or fired until it actually happens, We get lied to all the time by them. And its even stranger that these "so called" reports come out during the night before christmas. I don't buy it it's to soon they have plenty of time to look for new GM's the season isn't even over yet
Atleast the 2013 Jets should look nothing like the current product except alot of the same players and a bunch of new ones and a totally diffrent coaching staff on all sides of the ball. man if Rex survives this he is gonna think he is untouchable no other coach would survive these kind of changes.New GM,New QB,New DC,New OC,New Special Teams Coach,New QB's Coach,New OLB's coach. Damn Woody might see this and say fuck it why not just fire Rex to it would make sense with so many changes you might as well start over. It's gonna be harder then people think for Rex to survive this I hope he does but I don't know man it looks to easy to start over
Well, duh! Hiring Tony (OC genius) Sporano never made sense. As HC in Miami. the offense and QB situation was a mess. Really, the Jets offense was pathetic this season. They can fire him before Sunday and it will make no difference. Better he should spend Sundays cooking ravioli and meatballs than coach anything in the NFL.
how come the rex apologists always say "he had no talent to work with" yet sporano doesn't get the same leeway? what, the offense had no talent for rex but had talent for sporano?
What kind of look? Like a dirty look? Or a don't even think your being considered look? Preferably they look at him from a distance and not consider him as a candidate.
