Bills agree to 10 year lease deal

    That pretty much kills any rumors of us relocating. Hopefully the stupid Toronto deal is not renewed. Don't have all details yet.

    I would agree, but only the Bills organization is dumb enough to pay a $400 million relocation penalty to move to Toronto half way through this lease.

    In actuality, congrats. You are stuck in Buffalo for another 7-10 years.

    Ralph Wilson just gave the city of Buffalo and western New York a major boost when all the augurs were for disappointment instead. I can't say I think he has been a great owner because the team has just been too bad for too long however I can think of many worse.

    Even the most conservative estimates put the economic impact of an NFL team as considerably higher than 95M over 10 years. That is a nice deal for the county and state.

    edit- the state will bring in more than that just on the players' income taxes.

    I'm not going to another game until we have a new HC and a real QB. Heck I'll settle for just 1. Spiller may not even play, who wants to sit in the snow to watch Fitzpatrick and McElroy toss around the ball?

    Not to mention the winner of this game will actually be the big loser, there is too much draft positioning on the line to win this!!

    There are a lot of misconceptions in this thread. People seem to think the Bills were on the verge of leaving or something.... They weren't. The Bills were not and are not leaving Buffalo.
