I think at the very least it will make Sanchez more comfortable because he'll have someone to throw to that he trusts.

The 2012 Braylon Edwards is probably nowhere near the 2010 version.
If anything, he'll be better possession and someone to take the pressure off Kerley
    and Schillens.

    I like this move.
It's the first good one Tannen-bum has made all season IMO/

I dog on Sanchez all the time but I can't wait to see if these two can reproduce their productivity again.

The man caught an 80 yard touchdown in an AFC Championship Game for this team. Of course the fans are happy he is back!

I dont think anyone is complaining about hte actual signing since, like u said, theres nothing to lose. I htink the negative comments are pointed towards those that are wayyyyy to optimistic about getting Braylon back. Wwith his injured knee, his complete lack of production for two years and so on.

But again there really is no downside to Braylon joining the team. At this point, if he succeeds it's a great signing, but if it doesn't succeed, at least they have a better option than any of the scrubs out there in FA right now.

    Braylon will do OK because:

    a. Chemistry with Mark

    b. Braylon knows if he doesn't produce, his NFL career will be complete jeopardy.

Adam Schein just gave a description of BE on SNY that sounded like he was talking about Santonio Holmes.

I thought he was being facetious.

He said Braylon Edwards can't run routes, is a bad teammate, problem in the locker room, and was always asking for the ball.

    Is Schein on drugs ???

This is a player who, above all else, loves wearing a New York Jets uniform on Sunday.

I am really happy to have Braylon back. He will put it all on the line on the field.

So now the mentality is he has to produce because if he doesnt, he knows he wont have a career in the NFL anymore. Soooo, the 4 million guys that have been cut from the NFL prior to now didnt want to stay? They chose not to produce even though they knew it would cost them their career? Can you guys at least post as if you're older than 11 years old?

LOL, Rich Cimini say there is a AFC Executive anonymous (LOL) source saying the Braylon Edwards move was a publicity stunt.
