You have to assume that SOMEONE is going to take a flyer on Braylon. Armon god damn Binns got claimed.
They said they're going to wait for him to clear waivers. So if any team doesn't want the jets to sign him they can block that with a waiver claim.

Patriots put a claim in for him but the dolphins got him. So both used there waiver claim. Think of it like fantasy. If you put in a claim and you do not get him you go to last. any team who has a lower record can put in for him unless they have claimed someone already like the jags and phins........So yes jets should just put in a claim but they wont want to pay him what the seahawks are paying him I suppose??that is why they want to wait....not to sure. I hope no one gets him but I feel like someone will get him even the pats.
I thought you only lose your waiver priority if you actually GET the player you put in a claim for. Did anyone ever find a legit waiver priority list?

What fantasy league do you play in that if you put a waiver claim and don't get the guy, you still lose the waiver claim? Never heard of that... Can't imagine that being true in NFL either. Most likely, he won't get claimed, unless it's by some team to block us from getting Braylon. But really, Braylon had no market in the offseason, and he doesn't really have one now. Doesn't play special teams, isn't young enough to have major upside.
