I figured I'd make a thread about this since I didn't see one up yet.

The Jets will be fighting for a playoff spot, so this is a must win.

I'm feeling a GMac attack for a big win.

Time for the first three man rotation at QB!

    Gmac on first downs
    Sanchez on second downs
    Tebow on third downs.

    Edit:Seriously though, start gmac

Is the Ringleader going to let Mark back in his clown car? Stadium is going to be empty for this performance. Just for the fun of it, I'll watch. :)

I think the Jets win regardless of who's starting at QB.

The Tebot army will be in full force next week.

Honestly I could see Sanchez starting this game.

Greg goes 14/20 for 1 td. Powell and Greene have a field day and we won 28-20

The Bengals and Steelers wins yesterday all but killed the Jets playoff chances.

The Bengals likely beat Philly and Ravens(last game with nothing for Ravens to play for) and lose to Steelers. The question is do they beat the Cowboys? It likely doesn't matter because...

I think Steelers can win out if Ben is back this week. That kills any chance for any team to jump from 5-7 into the mix. If Bengals can beat Steelers it gets interesting but only between those 2 teams.

Ravens will be fighting for a bye week, most likely. Ben won't be back any time soon, according to some reports I've read. Also, you're forgetting the Colts. If they drop both Texans games (especially if Texans lose to the Pats and have something to play for) AND lose to the Titans or Chiefs, the Jets would have a decent shot.

    if greg starts we win

    if tebow starts we win

if mark starts and is replaced before the half we win

if mark starts and plays 1/2 or more we lose

I don't see Colts losing to either KC or Tenn. That gives them 10 wins.. game over for Jets.

The bye could be decided (and imho will be) before the last game. Pats have Texans and SF up next, they could lose both and be out of chase for bye.

Broncos and Ravens play head to head. Loser likely has no shot at bye, especially if Ravens lose as they have Giants the next week and Broncos other 3 games are pretty easy.

The interesting thing is what happens if Pats split Texans / SF and beat jax and miami..

Has anybody heard any word about a possible MJD return? If he does the jags can have a dangerous balanced attack. Cecil shorts and Blackmon have been great lately, and henne has killed us. Given how our offense has been playing, I'm not sure about our chances, regardless of who starts at quarterback, if MJD is back.

I think we win no matter who starts. I think they will start Sanchez though, whether that's the right call or not is hard to say at this point.

Mularkey said MJD is very questionable for this week.
