I'm sorry but I dont see the value of Novak. They take him out during defense. And on offense his purpose is to draw players away. Teams seem to be adjusting just fine.

I guess I've figured out why Woodson is a big game choker - he badly alters his game plan. Instead of using the entire team like he did at the beginning of the season and won every night, he's been leaning on the starters and cutting back the bench and losing those games. Melo was gassed, and the bench got rusty. Very poor coaching by Woodson lately, I really hope he can find a way to learn form his mistakes

We were missing Kidd and then later Brewer. We haven't won a game on the second night of a back to back. That leads to your theory though

One of those games where the Knicks really missed Kidd...And really not to mention having someone like Amare would have helped.

The Brewer injury also. We lost our fill in for Kidd late in games, so we were 2 down in that player spot

Camby's still working his way into shape and still no Amare or Shumpert. Add losing Kidd and that's what will happen. Should be a good rivalry with both teams playing well.

I thought he was doing pretty good early on with adjusting the line up. You don't just play all of your players. You play the ones that match up well. We have personnel for small ball as well as big tall bruisers. We used the tall lineup quite a few times. I hate to say it but we are feeling the void of Amar'e and Shumpert right now. We start 6-0 and then go 3-4. Weak. Felton had a bad game, and Kidd being out was the final nail in the coffin. To think we were one free throw away from icing this game... arg. The Nets looked pretty good on defense. I just don't know how we're ever going to fix our rebounding issues. The Nets were getting 2-3 possessions each time up the floor.

Say what you will about Carmelo being a ballhog, but the fact that the Knicks had multiple possessions down the stretch where he didn't even touch the ball is absurd. He's their best player by far, and the offense has to run through him (especially when Felton is playing like shit.)

Solid win. Novak showed up, disappointed he didn't try to dunk. Sheed and JR were off and still won comfortably.

Another Knicks win. Sheed gets a questionable tech, then when the FT shooter misses the free throw he yells ball don't lie and gets a second tech and tossed. Ref overreacted

The ref overreacted but sheed should know his rep is still awful with refs

That is true. I hope he said something to ref and it wasn't just because of "ball don't lie".

Is it too early to feel good about a possible Heat-Knicks matchup for East Finals?
