That was a great play by the DB, but three ints from Sanchez? He has to be benched or he will finish with six or more picks today.
He is the same player he was 3 years ago. Actually he is a little better now. The difference 3 years ago he was not allowed to throw the ball in passing situations and his exposure to turnovers was severely limited by the play calls. Basically he was protected by running game and passing only in non passing situations. When he did pass they were short quick reads where his ability to make a game changing mistake was limited. Every time the last 4 years that they have tried to give him more responsibility it has to have been immediately removed. Every time the offense has been opened up he has failed and it has to have been immediately simplified for him. Not to mention defenses have learned that Sanchez folds under prerssure. Apply a little pressure to him and he panics and makes mistakes.
Unfortunately that was an incredible defensive play. When you throw two horrible int's, there is no room for error. If that was his lone int, no one would be harping. UPDATE: This game is comical.
