    Can I take Jim Harbaugh?
It doesn't matter Kaepernick or Tebow. If you can develop them properly, they both can be lethal.
If I have to pick one with a gun pointing to my head, I pick Tebow.
Tebow has proven himself he can bring a below average team to a winning record. He can keep most games interesting till the end.

I know I know you can't win SB with this dude, blah blah blah. How many AFC teams have won SB in recent 10 years? Or 20 years? Cut this SB BS. I just want some exciting games! That's all matters to me.

Kaepernick looked good. I was surprised. Now....it helps to have a Superbowl caliber team around him including (but not limited to) a great OL and great coaching. But he made some good throws, and has been coached really well w/ good playcalls. I'd like to see Tebow on a similarly built team to see what he could do.

Kapernick all the way. He's still an unknown, but between the 2 of them, he's the only one that might have a future as a starting QB in the NFL.

Been there, done that as a Bronco fan. Last year we had Orton, Tebow, and Quinn. Good Lord!!!

The grass really DID get greener.

It's funny then that instead of spending time on your own team's board, relishing in your success and your HOF QB, you followed the browner grass here and spend more time on here bashing him than many of his fans do defending him... Justify it HOWEVER you want, your sad and pathetic to me. Get your jolly's however you want, but know that your nothing more than a useless troll.

As many times as I've seen comments directed at tebow critics for being here...

...I'm just wondering if you guys are getting the feeling that you are getting a sense that you are getting any traction out of that. I just might stick around longer.

I don't see you adding much to the conversation...

So in an effort to bring it back on topic and less about sniping people you don't agree with... (and you call ME a troll) ...I take it you would take Tebow over Kapernik?

    Kaep looked great.

Ball exploded out of his hand.

Made good decisions. Knew the offense.

I'd take Kaep if I'm a GM as he looks more game ready to play in a classic nfl system.

That doesn't mean I want to see Tebow play more however. (as a fan)

Tough call. I'm having difficulty getting a bead on Kaepernick's intangibles.

I'd take Kaepernick over Sanchez or Tebow. I'd probably take Kaepernick over a few other nfl starters too. I watched his first start and he looked really good, checking out of plays, making nice throws, good mobility, etc.

We will see if teams can find some weaknesses and expose them in the next few weeks.

That's an awfully weak argument to justify you being here on this forum. You managed to artfully dodge the TTT's question with a meaningless response.

I do believe that in previous posts you have implied that you are here to protect the NYJ fans from the "Tebowmania" that invaded your sacred Broncoland. I myself have been around the block enough times to become extremely cautious of anyone who professes that they only wish to protect or inform, no matter what the subject.

    Just sayin'

Have you SEEN what happens to people drinking too much Tim Tebow kool-aid?

If left unchecked, do you know what you get? Communism in Ohio!!! That's what!!! All thee people sharing, nobody buying shit!!! ALL BULLSHIT!!!!

    (Yes I was kidding.)

Okay, maybe things won't be THAT bad, but I'm seeing a seriously seriously flawed QB, and legions seem to thing the problem is everywhere else. I'm seeing a third, perhaps 4th string caliber passer fall dead last in just about every major passing category... in a pass happy league... and a bunch of nutjobs act as if he;s the greatest thing ever since they like his personality. Dude goes out there, blows chunks as a QB for almost an entire game... gets a couple of lucky breaks at the end, and I'm supposed to think we have the reincarnate of Steve Young here.

Don't know how Tebow has this much power of influence, but I find it kinda creepy. If he were ANYONE else, he'd be QUIETLY on the bench rather than the front page of the papers, and would have long been forgotten by most people by now.

But because he can run around a little bit, and he's such a nice boy... another fanbase has to endure it. It damn near ripped the Bronco fanbase in two because people were stoned out of their minds off the fumes from Tebow's jock strap.

The admins of this website were VERY wise to quarantine Tebowmania from the rest of the team discussions. Might have been the smartest thing I seen a message board do yet. Thumbs up!

I do miss some of the regular Tebow fanatics though, stoned out people are hilarious some times. I'd prop them up as part of the old, "Don't let this happen to you" crowd.

I'd certainly take Kap. I was a big fan of his coming out of college.

He must be really impressive in practice too for a good coach like Harbaugh to play him over Alex Smith who has been playing well. I'm not comparing him to Brady or anything, just that it could be a bit similar in that Harbaugh recognized greatness in Kap in practice so it was only a matter of time before he took over, kinda like Brady's early years in N.E. -

What's ironic is that this was almost a real possibility. Some time ago there was an article about how the Jets wanted Kaepernick on draft day but San Fran pulled the trigger early.

    Impressive....

Those 6 passes might have brought his career percentage past the 47% mark. Up from 46.6.

    Destined for greatness, that one...

I believe that was Russell Wilson the Jets liked? If it was both, tough luck for us, no surprise.

Give me either QB as long as Harbaugh is the coach, Gore the RB, Davis the TE, Willis the LB and that OL and DL.

If he passed for 65% for a whole season, his career percentage would be around 57%. So what would you say then? He can't throw? It's a small sample size. BTW, Elway's 1st year starting comp pct was around 47%, so I guess he sucked too.

I thought the whole problem that his completion pct was low. Now it's high and he still can't throw? I thought the knock was that he wouldn't improve his passing. Now he improved his passing, but it still doesn't count?

If you take wildcat plays and fake punts equal to throwing the ball as a full time QB, then yes he improved. If you take those stats at the straight value as full time QB, you must wonder why LT who has thrown 8/12, 66.7%, 7TDs, 0INT, 11.9 YPA, 146.9 QB rating in his career didn't play QB for a team.
