Your not wrong. Your just acting like a little brat because we signed someone to fill an injury. The sarcasm is out of place on this move.
I'm sure you pay very close attention to the #5 receivers across the league. Jets have had a million injuries at receiver. Clearly, they don't want to go the veteran route and bring in a T.O/Ocho/Plax type guy, which I totally understand. But when virtually no one is healthy, and you have a gaping hole at punt returner, it makes sense to bring in someone like Gilyard.
Not saying you're wrong Boss, but isn't that what our PS players are for? I could be wrong, but I always thought they were the "ready reserves", know the play book, can come in at any time to fill a need. No?
The Jets already brought in Jordan White off the pratice squad last week. Its not like we keep 2 of each position down there. There is only nine slots on the PS available.
Not at all, there are a bunch of moves I like that haven't worked out, and vice versa. When Mike T said the next Victor Cruz was on our roster, or when Rex said Rhodes was the next Ed Reed... Do you really believe that crap 100 percent? If you want to find a team that is not talking up their players to the media, you won't be a fan of anyone. Also, hindsight is 20/20 here man. There are some things that happen that not even the best paid professionals would be able to foresee.
Where the hell is Scotty Mcknight, He has been on our roster for like 3 years and ive never seen him once
Becasue we released him a long time ago. Perhaps this preseason if not earlier. Edit: It was August 6th.
The championship game that tebow dominated was what I can remember when thinking about an ex cincy bearcat. He was not that fast , but made great catches for them. also he was a product of brian kelly's offense. We werelooking at him when he was first proclaimed a bust.
