This satisfaction survey was sent out to NY Jets season ticket holders today. Great timing, guys!

The New York Jets value the feedback and support of our fans. With the help of the National Football League, we are working to ensure that we are meeting your expectations in every way. Because your continued support is so important to us, we need to hear your voice!

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we invite you to share your thoughts with us by completing the following survey. Please take the next 15-20 minutes to express your opinions on a variety of subjects relating to your Jets gameday experience, and if possible, please aim to complete your survey by this Thursday, November 29.

We thank you for sharing your views as we continue to do our best to make each season a memorable one.

    Sincerely,
The NFL & the New York Jets

sounds like Woody wants to make changes and is going to use some silly survey to defend the changes. They know sending it out today and asking for them back this week they will get nothing but negative responses. I am really woprried now Woody does something really stupid w/ rex and co.

That's what I think, too. Either that, or it's just atrocious timing. The topics included questions about security, ushers and fan behavior (among others). The survey began with softball topics like parking and food service. Then it got into stadium security. I see any trouble in the stadium coming from amateur fans wearing jerseys of opposing teams. I'm not worried around other Jets fans. Why should I be?

My question: Did Fireman Ed receive the survey and what were his responses?

Fireman Ed said he was upset with the fans being obnoxious and immature (not exactly that wording and word choice but still). He's still going to the games (at least he said)
