It's been a very very long time since I've been this embarrassed by a team I root for. Thanksgiving Day against your division rival and you come out like this? I'm not even mad more just in awe at how poorly coached this team is from the top down, in awe of how Sanchez can perform this bad and not be in danger of losing his Job yet Harbaugh can bench Smith with a 70% completion % and 104 rating and a 7-2 record.
No,like every other season in my lifetime..a waste of a year with nothing being built for future seasons. It is fucking Ground Hog Day! :shit:
If you go by year I'd say the Chiefs by far are the biggest let down, just because they've actually been good for most of the past 40 years, in fact probably the best team over most of that period not to get back in to a Super Bowl, especially in the 80's and much of the 90's. Which is why as a Jets fan stuck in Chiefsland I'm relishing the Chiefs current situation.
Jets should change their name for the remainder of the Season to the Hindenbergs. But really, aside from the turnovers in the first half, and the keystone Kops imitation in the second Quarter it's not been a bad game...Just the turnovers killed the Jets in the first half.
No. That was the '93 season finale. The '96 game was a dreary 10-35 tilt. It was sad because the Jets were not competitive at home versus a nondescript foe. The '93 game was worse because a playoff berth was on the line, but as far as utter garbage non-games go, I put the '96 Oilers game and tonight's game high atop the list of worst "non-games" I have watched.
Ray Lucas is a cocky dick and has waaaay too much to say for a guy who was basically a clipboard holder for 8 years
I believe Frazier and Schwartz would have done the same. I was vehemently opposed to the Ryan hire. I give him credit for the four playoff wins and the 2010 regular season and that is it.
You quoted the wrong guy. I know it was Buddy Ryan who punched Gilbride. Rex was probably watching that game in Kentucky while eating chicken.
