That exactly correct every year 31 teams are losers & 1 team is a winner. Last year that team was the NYGs
... but your not #1 all else is failure! Sorry, but by your own philosophy your a failure champ, an old, sad failure. Your kids are not #1 in anything they do so your a failure as a father. Smile and say your happy all you want, but you know deep down inside you failed at this life for not being the most sucessful person in the world. well that, or perhaps your full of it on your view of the Jets. Complete failure or Sad troll, not sure which I belive you are.
woody has enough money.what he really has to do.is be a regular guy and show that he is a true jet fan.in other words fuck the money.
This is just to silly & retarded to even discuss so goodbye to U. If U wish to discuss anything with me keep it to the NYJs & do not compare what I think of the NYJs transcends to my family
Same goes to U keep ur discussion to the NYJs & hopefully one of the sleeping mods see this & bans U & Harpua
 My son is now 0-20 at bringing executive management level salary to our home and 0-8 at being valedictorian!
We are talking NYJ and using your own comments as a tool against you champ. Ban me for what, pointing out how flawed your view on the team is? Its your own Philosophy used against you, done simply to prove a point. Seeing as your now reduced to begging for a ban instead of trying to back up your view I think my posts have done exactly what was intended. If you think that saying your a failure and so are your kids are a personal attack, remember your own view on success / failure is what is being used to determin that they are what they are.
I have two serious questions for you. Why do you root for the Jets if it makes you so miserable? I get your not an optimist, neither am I, but I'm not nearly as miserable as you. And why must their be a sad smiley at the end of every post, even if there's no need for one? Sometimes I think it's just a shtick, that you aren't even a Jets fan.
Why if Brett Favre was healthy in 2008, the team is in very good contention. In 2009 and 2010 the team was a quarter or two away from making one. Can't be by accident. I dont think Woody picks who the team drafts. He picks the GM. If he finds another GM that can build the team it is very possible.
Your argument ignores that the team is trending downward. Woody took over a team in excellent shape. He's shown himself hit or miss in getting people to run the organization, and most worrisome is lately he's shown a predilection for emphasizing showmanship over solid football. The real problem is that he makes some key decisions, like the Tebow Trade, without knowing what he's doing. What real football guy would want to work in those circumstances? Others have noted the need to have real football people run the team. But still others have questioned what real football people would want to work for Woody if they had other options. I think both those groups have a point, but the latter group's point shows why what the first group suggests is not about to happen. Woody is the owner. He hires the people who run the team, but of course can only hire people who are willing to work for him. That's the problem. But back to your point - Woody's tenure of ownership is one where the team has had some flashes of sucess, but overall is now at a low point and getting worse. We should all be concerned and stop living in the past. Because right now the future does not look very good.
Being rooting for them since 1960 & STHer since 65  Sad over what I see the NYJ fortunes are for this year + the nect years as well
he does shit like force trades for Tebow and then says Tebow, who's done nothing, will be here for the duration of his contract bad owner
Right now his priority is getting Romney elected. He could give jack shit about his teams fortune & I doubt there is anything that will jolt him into reality
That's just one example, but it is a very good one. I don't see how anyone can defend that kind of crap. Woody is perhaps the worst owner in the league.
so he should say we are looking to trade Tebow after the season? does that make sense? there's no way Tebow plays out his contract here no matter what he says.
Well how about in 2008 when he spent a ton of money on the team to improve. He is not against spending money on the team just needs the write decision maker. Lets not kid ourselves if Calvin Pace played to the value that he was signed for to be the pash rusher we would be talking about a different team right now.
