I agree, and I'd even say that the anti-Tebow crowd who follows him from team to team are more obsessive, not equally obsessive. It takes a special personality to spend one's time following a player to his new team's forum that you claim to be glad you are rid of.

It is simple really, if Tebow starts all the millions dollars they paid Sanchez will go up in smoke. He is the 12th highest paid player in the NFL, and having him on the bench means throwing $60 million dollars on the ground and burning it.

I think it's more like .000000001% if you grade it on the curve

If Tim is given the chance to play and doesn't maintain the level of excitement I have become accustomed to when I watch him play, I will indeed stop watching pro football again, get my Sunday afternoons back, and return to my normal 'college football only' viewing habits, except for the SB and the playoff games that lead to it. I like watching football when at least one of the teams is playing with enough passion that their full effort is obviously left on the field, win or lose. It's all about exceptional performance for me.

Giving it all you have to get the win results is seeing exceptional performances.

Not only is Sanchez the 12th highest paid player in the NFL, he is also the 38th highest paid athlete in the world. .

Tebow doesn't give us a better chance to win. That's the thing. The media just wants ratings, so they pretend it's a given that he's better. Sanchez gives us a better chance of winning and we should stick with him. It would be different if Tebow was making huge strides and looking amazing in practice, but I haven't heard anything of the sort. The blame for our team issues is not on just on Sanchez. Our line sucks and Tebow would have just as much trouble.

Funny Sam Bradford is 27 and Revis is 22 (in the world).

First of all, the media says Mark Sanchez is better.

Second of all, that's not how practice works. Once the season starts, the #1 gets most of the reps. I imagine that Tebow is getting mostly "Tebow package" reps.

Being a turnover machine in the redzone and fumbling the ball gives us a better chance of winning?

I am curious as to how many red zone turnovers Tebow had last year compared to Sanchez now.

Ironic thing is that we haven't heard shit about how Tebow does in practice. All we heard were numbers absent any kind of context. For example, 12 for 17 with 2 picks, but who was he throwing to ? What were they practicing ? Did receivers run the right routes ? Did they break correctly ? Did the ball go through their hands ? Did they slip ? Was it a terrible throw by the QB ?

We never got this kind of information for either Sanchez or Tebow.

How do you know that Tebow has not improved? Just curious since I don't believe the Jets have released any such statement.

I doubt that Tebow is getting many reps in practice at all. Or they would've used him more by now. I could be wrong.

The point was it's not EITHER OR like the article suggests. It's not "win with Tebow" or "lose with Mark". Tebow had how many pass attempts last year? Just saying... small sample size is small. If you have any evidence to suggest Tebow is better, please present it. If not I stick with Sanchez because he's been there and done that.
