Calling Sanchez a dink-dunker is not inappropriate, as it is a football related discussion. Personally demeaning another forum member, while also being sexist is inappropriate and in my opinion, is grounds for a ban.
I love this shit. Bravo, sir. Bravo. With stats like these, i don't know why some of you self-professed Tebow 'fans' try to placate and win-over the ignorant one's who are reluctant to embrace the truth. e.g. Skip Bayless' - i never said he'd be a pro-bowl q-back, or great. Or, my favorite here, i never said he should start over Sanchez. Please ... Tebow is going to be a great (not good) pro-bowl player. Yes. Tebow should start over Sanchez (though, based on the shit we've seen so far, i cringe to think how much more uncreative these coaches might be if Tebow were full time). Quit pussy-footin' around with your fanhood (not intended for the op).
BY THE WAY CONCERNED CITIZEN AND PHAYTAL . DO YOU AGREE WITH THIS OR DISAGREE (what all Tebow fans on this board believe) you must have missed it when I asked it the first time to each of you Tebow was not the only reason the Broncos completely turned around that abysmal record and ended 8-5 with a playoff win , obviously special teams and defense were a huge part. BUT without Tebow the Broncos do not go 8-5 with a playoff win , as Tebow is one of the 3 pieces that were necessary to get that accomplished. Quinn and Orton would not have had that success running the traditional offense. The Tebow offense McCoy and Fox installed was better at getting wins and Tebow executed it very well (especially for being throw into it in the middle of the year). The other two components for the turn around where defense and special teams . Yes tebow had hot 4th quarter drives that got Praeter in position but prater came through again and again. The defense made stop after stop and Tebow executed a made out of thin air offense to the point where Denver was the #1 rushing team in the league .... It all worked, together. Therefore Tebow deserves as much credit for the turn around as the defense and the kicking game (he was one of the 3 pieces) .
crazy like a fox ... not John Fox tho. I really think it all depends on what the meaning of is is. LOLOLOL
Hahahaha! Just getting into the spirit of whatever that 300 pound mustache ride argument was all about. Purty funny. Oh yeah --- remember I only like the short thigh.
Man, please tell me that you are stationed in a Joint Intel Unit. I mean, I know you wouldn't be able to tell me if you were, but you would... just... be perfect for the droolers in that situation. Anyways, you really never justified your terminology for calling Sanchez a dink and dunker. You just gave this weak generalized (and characteristically creeper-style) 'hey i really DID understand what i was seeing' crap, because you really never display understanding of the game, more like you display this stalker-ish fascination for Tebow and then rip off material from other people to justify it. So... how is determining Mark Sanchez a 'dink and dunk' quarterback anywhere near accurate? Extra points for showing understanding of that actual term.
There was no misconception or presumption. It was not rhetorical and my statement did not even appeal to emotion. It was a rigorous formal argument based on logic . I never ignored a question, and I never diverted an argument. Every statement I made was based on fact that can be backed up by actual events and statistics. and we all must admit..... the responses to my post are deafening in their silence.
Because what you said was true. It's what most of us believe, but they want to pretend that we believe something else. Simply so they can complain about Tebow fans, argue and talk trash.
It also comes from the initial waves of Tebow fans claiming Tebow was a better QB than Sanchez, that Tebow has done more than Sanchez, Tebow came to NY because he knew he could win this starting job in the offseason, he came to NY because it was the easier than JAX to get a starting job, Tebow did everything by himself, that the defense and special teams were "willed" by Tebow and his "intangibles" were the reasons for other opponents messing up not the defense making a play or an opponent not playing smart. It's a carry over from that and mostly Twitter now from supposedly unbiased reporters and writers
I asked a simple question of the Denver Bronco fans who hate Tebow and came over here to troll GG . I am still waiting for an answer. This has nothing to do with anything else. No one has ever said on these boards that tebow did anything all by himself. And a paypal bet (challenge) they had at broncos forums for over a year went unclaimed as no one could produce a post over there that said that. The tebow "did it all by himself" is a hater argument, its something they "think" tebow fans say (possibly because of skip bayless) then argue against it, when in fact no tebow has fan has said it ( i am not talking skip bayless or the occasional off the wall obscure blogger) .
Tebow did nothing but his best effort to help his team and Denver communities. At least he was an important part of a memorable season after so many stink ones. Even after he got pushed out of town, he has always been class and never bad mouthed any former teammate, coach or manager. When Denver people needs his help, he still extends his arm. (google Tebow Alamosa High) I don't understand why any Broncos fan would chase to Jets forum and keep on talking how badly he sucks. If anybody in my real life keeps on bitching about his or her friend/family/ex especially who tried really hard to help, I will leave those negative people alone. They deserve their depressing live full of sorrow stuff.
ROFL - ok I just actually looked at this player poll. You need to do the same. Tom Brady and Ray Lewis are in the top 10. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/mu...y/1210/nfl-most-overrated-poll/content.1.html
Yeah that poll is laughable. Ray Lewis and Troy Polamalu? Nobody has played the way these guys have played the game. He's older now, but in the last 3 years I've seen Troy put hits on guys like Chris Johnson in the backfield before they knew it was coming. The guy closes on tackles like nobody else. I don't know any other defensive player that anticipates snap counts and jumps over the lineman before they even stand up. Or is in the backfield so fast almost taking the handoffs from the qb to running back? I'd say ask their teammates if Ray Lewis or Troy Polamalu were overrated. Better yet, what was their defense like when they did not play? So I'm not really getting this poll.
