    Maybe it was an impressive gameplan on D which held NE 100 yards and 15 pts less than their season average. Then again, those numbers are greatly inflated having faced the worst defense in the NFL (Buffalo Bills). That's a sweet defensive line you got there, tho. :up:

    Davis' increase in plays wasn't risky; actually, it was long overdue.

    Gotta be happy with how Coples and Davis played on defense @NE. Davis' blown coverage on that kickoff proved to be a key mistake, though.

    Playing a rookie over a proven veteran is not a risky move? Granted Bart Scott has been terrible in coverage, you don't usually sit a vet leader for a rookie who has very little experience against the most important game of the season to that point. Davis played well though and I'm proud of him. Hopefully he plays more and more as the season goes.
