the jets are gonna win this gamewhat are you guys talking about our d is gonna have a huge game against the pats o-line and brady is gonna be on his ass most of the night. kerley and keller will torch this secondary, and we are gonna win the game.
Sanchez will get 1 or 2 good throws down the field but that's it. The whole "wildcat top secret" package will be revealed but highly ineffective against the pats run d. Brady will get on the field use the no huddle to gas out the jets D. 31-17 pats.
23-17 Pats. Hard to imagine the Jets taking a game in Foxboro even though it did happen in the 2010 playoffs.
I just want to point out that most posters right now are predicting (probably with good reason) a Pats blowout. IF the Jets win I don't want to hear about how this isn't the same Pats team and it wasn't a good win. If the Jets win this game it will be a great victory regardless of how it happens or what any stats say.
Unfortunately that's exactly what you will hear. It will be labeled more of a "Pats lost the game" then the Jets won the game. It'll be about Brady starting to decline and not Sanchez starting to rise. Although, to be fair, the Pats probably will win. I just don't think it'll be a blowout like everyone thinks. I did read these stats today though which are intersting: One area Sanchez has actually improved this season is the deep ball. Sanchez has nine completions on throws more than 20 yards downfield this season, just two shy of his total from 2011. The Patriots have allowed a league-high 16 completions on such throws this season and the second-most touchdowns (5). If the Jets win (and, again, that's a very large 'if') I think this is how we do it. Exposing the Pats weak secondary through the deep ball, so far our Oline has been pretty good and protecting the passer and even our TEs seem to be blocking better, so it's not completely out of the question.
I plugged in all the information and stats into my Jets homer computer and it predicts Jets: 28 Pats: 27
38-23 We beat a team last week that looked and acted like they won the SB the previous week. Indy is a bad team. The pats played a team that treated it as their SB in the 'hawks. Anyone who watched that game knows the pats gave it away. Seattle's D is much much better than ours. And NE's oline did a pretty good job. Bottom line is we just don't have a very good team. There's no way we can cover all their weapons. Brady will pick us apart , again. Their D isn't great at all but they do stop the run. No way we can run on them. No way. I expect Jones to come out and show why he's a playmaker. Marky Mark hasn't improved in 4 years. Same old Marky Mark.
Ha. I can already see it now. We beat a crappy 3-4 team, is what they'll say. "We still haven't beat a winning team! Oh nooooz!"
I know...haha......but the fact that the defense and offense for that matter isn't what it was .....plus the fact that we've been outscore up there 106-38.....injuries.....The Pats off a loss.....its just not looking good.....
