I need to see another week of the running game before I offer up an opinion. Have the finally "found" the running game or was this a product of a poor Colts defense? If it's somewhere in the middle I can live with that. We put up 250+ yds. on the ground...if we can average around 170 yds. then I give us a better than average shot of winning 9 - 11 games, depending. If this was an aberration and we are back to less than 100yds. per game then we are going to be lucky to have an 8-8 record at the end of the day.

If we can lay 150 on the Patriots then it's a good bet we win that game. Time will tell.

I'm still going with 7-9, 8-8. I think we lose the next three games and that will really hurt us. Then again, I think we'll win 3 or 4 of our final 5 games, but if we're 4-7 going into them as I believe we will be, who knows if the team tanks or not or if Tebow takes over and then, well, nothing is predictable.

However, if they beat Miami next week, I could see 9-7.

8-8 may be good enough to get in this year, but then it's a trip to New England, Houston or Baltimore in store, so......

This is a fair question. I'm hoping for somewhere in the middle. The Colts defense was definitely part of it, but with Keller and Hill back, defenses have to respect that, giving us some room to run.

The Seahawks win helped us. It didnt hurt us. It gave the Patriots a loss. You cant have the mentality that were going to get killed because the Pats blew a game on the road the previous week. If thats the case we are doomed anyway.

I can see this team finishing anywhere from 7-9 to possibly 10-6 because the offense is so erratic. Sanchez can look strong one week and knock off a team like the Pats and then totally give away a game to the Dolphins, Jaguars, or Titans.

I don't know why u think we'd lose against the Titans. They really suck.

I agree with everything else. 10-6 or 9-7 for me if we play competitive (and competent) ball.

Honestly going into Baltimore isn't such a bad fate. With their defensive injuries we can definitely steal a game from them. Flacco has played like shit in his 2 games against our defense as well.

    Haha.

Not to mention New England's three losses have come by a combined FOUR points and they've lost to two 4-2 teams and a 5-1 team, two of those losses coming on the road in two of the toughest places to play in the NFL.

Their secondary is just piss poor. Unfortunately, we don't beat teams through the air.

Given the level of parity in the AFC, 9-7 gets us a wild card at the very least.

I think that is our best shot. Barring an epic collapse by the Pats we aren't winning the division.

I like us against the titans.. So the way you set it up would leave us @ 10-6 ... That may make us a wild card team... The pat games I feel we split..Here's why.. Sanchez plays better against inferior pass rushes..Kinda like brady ... He tucks and falls when his tackles get beat..NE defense are not the best rushers.. So mark will step up one of the 2 against NE.. The seahawk game scares me cause of what they did to Rodgers..
