Find a pic you like, rehost it on site like Imgur or Photobucket. (Imgur is the best, and it has a good plug in that lets you rehost with just a right click). You don't need an account. It's anonymous and free. Then past the Imgur link for the photo in your post with the tags around it. The second IMG in brackets has a slash like this /IMG. Or you can use the little picture symbol on the control panel to do it for you. If you quote a post with a picture in it, you can see what they did. Some people don't rehost to a site like Imgur, they just hotlink by copying the link wherever the picture is. But that is unreliable because some sites don't allow hotlinking, or the bandwidth problems cause the picture not to load. For example, the Khal Drogo picture above is not loading for me -- some kind of pathway problem because he hotlinked it. It may load for others.
