How many bonehead drive/game killing plays will Sanchez have on Sunday? My guess in 1 fumble 1 overthrown pic with a minimal return by the d Hopefully this joker dosent throw a pic six I'm hoping this is Sanchez's last game as a starter... So what do you think. How will mark screw is over this week
Sometimes I wonder whether you are rooting for the Jets to win, or Sanchez to suck. What would your response be if he threw 300yds, 3TD, 0Int?
I think Sanchez will play much better this week. He has Keller and Hill returning and we're playing a much lesser defense than we have been facing.
I think Sanchez will play well this week. He's getting Keller and Hill back; and the Colt's defense isn't exactly the 85 Bears.
I don't see any point in wallowing in misery over something that hasn't even happened. If Sanchez makes bad plays, moan about it then. How can you hope that Sanchez doesn't turn things around? I mean, really, how can you HOPE this is his last game?
If Sanchez and the Jets can't beat a rookie QB, without their head coach, in the Jets home - that should tell you all you need to know about this QB and this team in general.
right. so if he wins its " meh it was a rookie qb and the defense isn't great he should win these games" but a close loss to the 5-0 texans who maybe the most complete team in the league and he's a bum.?
Your first statement is correct. He better win this game against a clearly inferior and inexperienced team. Your second statement, there are no moral victories for close losses in the NFL.
What an absolute idiotic ignorant statement. This is one of the dumbest statements I have ever seen on this board. It proves that you know nothing, nadda, zippo about football. How can you even make a statement before the game that if the Jets lose it will say something negative about Sanchez? It is so simplistic to blame the QB when there are 45 players on the ultimate team sport. The blame Sanchez is getting on this board is way way over the top, but your post takes the cake. So if the Jets lose 38-35 and Sanchez throws for 300 yards and 3 TDs and no turnovers, but the defense lets up 500 yards of offense and the special teams give up a TD, that means the loss is on Sanchez? If the Jets lose 28-27 and Sanchez throws for 250 yards and 2TD and 1 turnover , but the Jets can't run, the defense gives up a 27-21 lead by letting the Colts score drive for a TD with 1 minute left, Sanchez drives the team to the Colts 25 in that final minute and Folk misses a 43 yard FG as time expires, that means the loss is on Sanchez? Do you watch the games? Or understand the game? Do you not see how the Jets do nothing well - can't run, have no weapons on offense, can't stop the run, don't know how or when to use the wildcat?
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers couldn't do it. Obviously that told us all we need to know about Rodgers as QB and that Packers team in general.
