Reminds me of Deniro in 'Casino' Either he was in on it, or too dumb to know he was getting robbed.. either way you're out..!!!!!! Like Sanchez, even if that ball to Kerley was not tipped, it still was just a 2 yard pass for NOTHING with defenders EVERYWHERE..... All risk , NO reward.. Either way, you're out son.....
Typical. Man didn't Rex look hot after that int. Can't imagine what is being said in the lockeroom. Now does he turn to Tebow? Convert 2 4th downs and then come out still throwing? Play calling very questionable. Cromartie may be our best receiver now. Too bad no QB can get it to him inbounds
Absolute fucking shite 4th year QB should not be turning the ball over inside FG range for 2 consecutive weeks making a competitive game slip away. Turning point of losing this game that.
If the O Linemen did his job and engaged the DL, it doesn't get blocked, and may be a TD. The OL just stood there. It is this type of fundamental stuff, that the Jets aren't doing well at all.
Tebow can't play. One or two plays as a change up only. Sorry but that is the deal. Wishing or divine intervention will not make him an every play NFL QB.
Don't blame the O line there, he didn't have conventional pressure on that drive, the o line did its job. Sanchez needs to not just focus on the receiver, he needs to use his peripheral vision to look at the d linemen in front of him to make sure he either pump fakes, or strafes to left or to right in order to avoid a batted ball or a lineman int. Sanchez gets a lot of balls batted, and i don't know who throws more picks to linemen and lbers.
Really. You're acting as though it takes a compelling argument to keep Sanchez on the field. It's the opposite, given that it's the Pandora's Box of the season (it cannot be un-done).
C'mon dude. That was a good throw. It was tipped so it was intercepted. Watt leads all DLinemen in tipped passes for a reason. Either re-watch the play or educate yourself on the sport.
first time posting but i cant deal with sanchez anyyyyyyyyyyy.....moooooooore! Ive never hated a player as much as him.The jittery feet the use less pump fakes !! When does this experiment end? Im not even lookin foward to goin the the Indy game next week.
What has sport education got to do with it i never proclaimed the pass was not on target just that it should not of been thrown when a premier player like Watt is their to make a play on it. Should of just settled for the FG like last week that's my point so quit soundin off for no reason.
Did you see how excited Sanchez was that he didn't have to take the field b/c of that kickoff return? Peyton Manning would have just sat on the bench with a silent composed smirk.
Even if Sanchez was good he has no weapons. You can't win with d in the NFL today. Go Joe. Tell Rex to get rid of that damn card and put Pet. on the sidelines. Get involved with the whole operation. That what a real head coach does. Rex is too much like his Dad.
Sounding off for no reason? This is a Jets Fans' Forum. We're supposed to reply to other posters/posts. Duh. Otherwise this would just be a receptacle. Ignoring your inability to write correctly, the point is that you're over-emphasizing hindsight in evaluating the decision. Not many NFL QBs (if any) will be making good decisions against a Houston Texans all-out blitz in 2012. EDIT: After having re-watched the Watt deflection, he had to practically extend his arm out as far as possible in order to tip the ball. If you're still blaming Sanchez then you're not watching the film correctly.
How can you reach that conclusion? That's absurd. He's obviously happy his team scored and it's great to see him smiling when other people on his team are scoring instead of acting like a prima donna wanting to make all the plays himself.
