I agree but I think a lot of leadership can be taught and I don't think the talent part can be. I think BB molds him and creates an environment for him to succeed and I think he would.
Is this thread serious? Ryan Mallett, Tom Brady's current back-up, is already better than Sanchez, and more of a man.
Why does everyone say he sulks? I see someone disappointed walking off the field that did not accomplish on this drive what he set out to do. I'd rather have that then some jackass QB who is laughing coming off the feild after a 3 and out.
I think he would be very successful. I was actually thinking about this the other day. Think about it. The Pats always have very reliable receivers and good pass protection. This year it isn't as great, but their pass protection is always among the best. I think the Pats will actually consider him if he is cut after next season.
There's a lot of middle ground between walking off the field dejected and laughing your way off the field. Neither is good. A little anger or frustration is fine, but not necessary. But at least hold your head high, jog off the field, and go talk things over on the sideline and talk to your teammates to artificially create some momentum. That's what winners do. When things look ugly for us, Sanchez droops his shoulders and shuffles around looking pouty. Like it or not, the quarterback is the leader. If he has no energy, the offense has no energy -- and it's tough to compete when the other side is both more talented and more active.
With the Pats OL, he would get sacked just as much as he does now. Hed also throw for 4000 yards with at least 30 tds (with a good chunk of INTs as well) Sanchez is definitely flawed, you cant deny it. BUT hes also much better than what weve seen this year, because this teams offense is toxic
Yea, but at the same time they had these incredible QB coaches and coordinators who molded Brady into an NFL qb. We have had NOTHING and NOBODIES! The Organization should be embarrassed at what the fuk they have given to our franchise QB to "develop" him. It's a fuking joke. and imo is a point that get overlooked to easily.
I never ceases to amaze me how many people think that is all there is to quarterbacking. Quarterbacking is 90% mental, and is where Mark Sanchez will never succeed. It does not matter who is coaching him.
if belichick can guide cassel to 11-5.. he can do the same with sanchez especially with the other teams in the division looking mediocre at best. but we know what cassel really is.. a terrible qb. so it wouldn't really prove anything at all.
No doubt he'd be better, and if he and Belichick won a Super Bowl in New England, that little troll Matt Damon would probably make a movie about it, and he'd play Sanchez in it, even though he's white, and six inches too short.
Mark Sancheze SUX! Enough with this bs. "Well if he had weapons"..."if we our oline didn't suck"..."if we had the right oc"...And on and fuckin on. Enough with these fuckin excuses. That's all you guys do. Sometimes....wait for it...a player just sux. He's not consistent. He lacks decision making , pocket awareness and accuracy and isn't a leader. Who the fuk is fuking to fall in line with him as the qb? After he's been babied his entire career? The biggest problem we have is that our gm and coach have the same dumb ego most fans have. They can't admit when their wrong! When its plan as fuckin day. It was years ago. That's why I have absolutely zero faith in Rex , Tanny and Marky Mark. None! When are the real fans going to stand the fuk up and say enough with this shit! Hey if you want to drop hundreds of dollars to see this shit team go for it. Most of you do. Deep down you all know this team isn't going anywhere. We just lost 34-0 to the 49ers. Great D but they couldn't even put up any points on Vikes. But we let up 34? What's going to happen when we play teams like NE Pats , Balty and Houston? All teams with good D and very good O.
I said it here the other day that he would become elite. Its like being on that team just makes players better. Look at Ridley and the other Rookie, both with 100 yards. Our RBs can't get 100 yards combined.
Not in my book. There was nothing as laughable as watching the 5' 8" Damon trying to convincingly portray 6' 3" 240 pound rugby star François Pienaar in "Invictus", painfully bad.
^^^ This First off he can't make all the throws needed. Love when people say that. Fukin guy is lucky to hit air. Being a great QB has much more to do with decision making , leadership , command in the huddle , footwork. This fukin guy sux at all the above. It's his 4th fukin year!
Any Qb would be better in the Pats system. I don't know how it could be denied. They always have reliable targets and good pass protection. You are an SOJF. You will never enjoy watching football. I will support those on this team and those that are part of the organization whether we suck or are great. It's just what a fan is supposed to do, not bitch and complain about everything.
Dude, Romo is a million times better than Sanchez. The question cannot even be taken seriosuly. Other than Revis, I would trade Sanchez and any other Jet Dallas wanted. Anyone....Mangold, Coples, Wilk...anyone. Aand Dallas would tell me to shove it right up my ass
No you are wrong, real informed knowledgeable Cowboys fans understand that if not for Romo the team would be 4-12 every year.
It's not magic. Its the fact that they do everything better than the jets. Period. 1) Better owner .... By miles 2) Better coach ... By miles 3) Better coaching staff and FO/decision making. All this leads to better players , winning games , divisions , conf. Championships and SB's. Jets are only interested in making some back page of some suk ass paper.
