tirico says lovie "doesn't have to" challenge for there to be a review of a turnover. Actually, Tirico, if you knew the rules, you'd know it'd be a penalty if he did challenge.
This is an interesting challenge. There was obvious defensive holding, and the tipped pass doesn't negate that, but since the pass was clearly tipped, pass interference is not the right call, and should be overturned. Will the ref go with the technically correct ruling (overturning it) or the one that is actually right but not technically correct?
