To his credit, Sanchez doesn't typically make excuses for himself. However, this doesn't means he doesn't suck and should not be a starting NFL QB.
I think the Texans are even better than the niners. They have foster, Johnson, great defense. We got to find a way to win though.
The Giants had a much better team/core than we do now. Hence, your statement really holds no baring for the 2012 Jets, IMO. No disrespect, just saying I don't see how we can compare a Giants 4-game losing streak to the 2012 Jets and what they look like on paper/on field.
This offseason will be interesting. If we continue to play like junk I expect Tannenbaum to be canned. I also expect to totally revamp the LB corp and possibly get a new qb.
I think the Jets can come back and win this one. I also think the unicorns are real and that Sanchez is an NFL quarterback.
At least the back-up QB would be in. They babied him from the start. There has to be accountability. Leaving him in this game considering his play would be another failure on the part of this coaching staff. This is not to say Tebow should start - or become the starter, but there should be a message sent to the QB and the whole team that when your play s*cks, you will find some pine.
We're still going to be tied for first place after today. Rex will view this as evidence that we have a real shot at the SB.
At least you witnesses a SB. I can still remember being labeled a band wagon fan initially for becoming Jets fan when the Sack Exchange was at its peak. Somehow this sense of failure just doesn't piss me off at all. After the Kotite years, I've developed a sense of humor for these kind of games.
