I hope it's soon, I need some excitement in my life. The past two games have completely ruined my weeks.

Not looking to get into the Sanchez injury prediction business. Therefore, no poll option for that. Obviously, if Sanchez gets injured Tebow goes in.

I said never, not because he couldnt be servicable but because he cant beat out a mediocre (at best) Sanchez.

Tim Tebow would be a Hall of Fame fullback if it wasn't for the press and gay religious people.

How many different threads do we need until the certain few realize this?

No way-no how do I want to see "Te(blow)me" in there whatsoever!
Even,...and may the ALMIGHTY ABOVE forbids this from occuring....if Mark is injured. Greg McElroy is a serviceable qb with an adequate arm along w. being capable of running a "vanilla" offense so he should be considered Mark's back-up.
Te(blow)me is a "gimmick" gridiron athlete suitable for "tricky-dick" plays designed by OC's to bamboozle opposing Dee's.
Granted, he does possess a certain skill set that's useful and MAYBE, (& that's a big "maybe") if he concentrated all his efforts
on being a true, NFL q/b (passing accuracy, reads, etc.) he too might become serviceable or even an effective passer.
    NOT!!!

Nope....keep his butt on the bench.

Gimme Sanchez (unless we get some-1 greater) & all his faults any day of the week!

That's absolutely hilarious. Tell me Fightin'JetTitan, are you familiar with the concept of the Play Action Pass ? How about the Counter Trey ? The Pump Fake ?

You know, those silly little things done by EVERY NFL offense to try and bamboozle opposing Dee's ???

I love how it's considered a "gimmick" to run over people.

Or how Washington running Read Option with RG3 is good coaching and RG3 making plays, but with Tebow, it's a "gimmick".

Wasssup Demosthenes9! Hope you're having a nice weekend

I'm glad I was able to provide U with a lil' comedy relief!

Please enlighten me as to how effective would the Play-Act.-Pass, Counter-3, Pump-Fake, Roll-Outs, Screens, Double-downs or even a d@ng Hail Mary w. Te(blow) as qb when every-1 (including my dead grandmother) knows he can't pass for @ss?

You might give Dick LaBeau a call and ask him about that :)

We could ask Belichick. Rumor was that he was interested in drafting Tebow. Tebow is not a great passer. However, he can throw a nice deep ball, he has a nice combination of quickness, agility and size. Tebow can make the running game better (Denver was the number one rushing team in 2011). Tebow has shown that he can take care of the ball and not turn the ball over in many of the wins last year. He has shown that he can be good in the clutch. He can keep other teams off balance just enough to win football games as an NFL qb. These are the things that I am looking at. I'm sure you are looking at some other qb stats. And those stats are evidence that he is not a good qb. But I think we are looking at a very unordinary type of player here. When Tebow plays qb, his teams have always had a tendency to win. I think there are reasons for that, but they come in the form of different stats, and some of those things can't be found on a stat sheet. So in my opinion, he has shown that he can be successful at the position. Add to that, he doesn't cost much money against a salary cap. So you can have a winning qb, with money to build a team around.
