One of the better division in football now. Hopefully the Cardinals have some Bills in them and falter after a hot start
The Cards have been playing great on D and special teams. Don't let Kolb's QB rating from yesterday fool you though, he is still pretty bad. Gets easily rattled in the pocket. Larry and Doucet and that other WR(drawing a blank on his name) are open almost every play.
one thing I noticed while watching the Cardinals yesterday... When the hell did Kerry Rhodes become a very physical safety? He looked like a force. Seahawks D-Line/Pass rush looks explosive - going to have to use draws and screens to slow them down/use their aggressiveness to our advantage Rams still suck. 49ers will be tough, but that was expected from the beginning
Lot of tough Defenses in that division. Not so much on offense but Cards, Seahawks especially at home, and SF all have legit Ds. Then there is the rams.
Seahawks D isn't terrible or anything, but i think a lot of tonight is more about the ineptness of this Green Bay O-line. Its reeeeally bad.
With our luck Schotty will come back to haunt us and the Rams'll get one of their three or four wins of the year against us.
im gonna say the seahawks will be 3-6 when we play them...not saying that it wont be a tough game, just a prediction
Cardinals are playing over their heads, but that won't last. Seahwaks have a good young fast defense, but Russell Wilson is average behind the center. Seems like a smaller Tebow.
Seahawks have a god damn pass rush + fast defensive backs + crowd noise. This is going to be ugly....
We thought that in Mangini's last year too, then we went to Seattle and shit the bed in the snow. We win we are in the playoffs and we might still have the Mangina as our coach.
So in other words, would you define that as a "good loss"? In the same respect of the fact that yesterday was a "bad win"? Wins are wins, losses are losses. Every win is one game closer to the playoffs. Every loss is one game further. Win enough games to get into the playoffs, then its all about how your playing at that time of the year. Superbowls are rarely won by the best team in the NFL anymore. They are won by teams that looked dead in the water and just got hot at the end of the year to take it. So when you see a sloppy effort luckily yield a win, your only thoughts should be "one win closer".
Who are we kidding? The Jets are notoriously bad at going out West. Remember the last Seattle game? They were worse and we still lost.
That I don't know... I don't think we could have won the SB with an injured Favre but getting Ryan was a good thing but now we seem to be bacxk on the downward trend again. I'd still rather be Manginiless.
