Just to add salt to our fresh wounds of yesterday......

The seahawks look like the second coming of the sack exchange with their shiny new rookie Bruce Irvin.

Of course he was being targeted by the jets until the hawks swooped in and scooped him away. They look like geniuses at this point.

No hate for coples but at some point u have to say can we get an edge rushing threat like so many other teams have.

Especially now with revis out - we are gonna get torched without a pass rush.

Least you gotta feel good about our scouting department.

I mean Irvin and Chandler Jones were the other 2 guys that we had interest in.

So if those 2 + Coples were on their short list, thats some good company

Yeah that's one way to look at it. But when the hell are we gonna pull the trigger with one of these guys and hit pay dirt.

Can u imagine adding one of these guys to the current D. Maybe next year.

I usually don't worry about a player going before -- it's so hard to trade up without getting raped. The ones that sting are the ones you pass on and then they beast out.

They dont look like geniuses. he has one sack, AWESOME! Shane McClellan has 1.5 sacks, does that mean the Bears a geniuses and we should've picked him?

C'mon man, the guy wasnt even available at our pick...

We have too many needs on offense that need to be addressed.

Im a defense first guy, but id love to see Rex revamp the O.

Actually he has 2 but the larger benefit is the 4 sacks Seattle has in the first half.

Do we have 4 sacks this year?

And I know he wasn't available, that's part of the point.

Oh wait now they have 6 or 7 sacks. Wow.

The Seahawks team speed on D is just disgusting right now. Our guys look like they are running in quicksand in comparison.

I think its easier to find value on O later in the draft rounds 3-5 are stacked with talent while Defensive players are higher value

We need a tackle, at LEAST one guard, a wr, te, hb.

And maybe if you get really picky a fullback.

Whereas defense needs are pretty much linebacker
