Why would Bart Scott just stand in the end zone after the INT with his hand on Tannehill's shoulder? Take a shot at the kid!...seriously, he was close enough to the play that it would have been fine for Bart to at least knock him down.
For sure. Its up to the D to get another stop and the offense should be able to score. receivers need to start making plays.
