Because we suck for almost a decade. In the 90s we truly sold out. But with the turn into the Millennium and becoming an 'also-ran' and then turning into a contender for high draft picks the price vs product just killed attendance. Just look at the season ticket holder base. It dropped - since Ross took over - an average of 10-15k a year. We have had so many coaching changes as some people have underwear changes. But that is not unique to us. Bills fans also complain about lack of attendance. If you ask for top prices you better field a product. I dropped my tickets a couple years ago.
