Exactly, this thread would have been bumped this week if Sanchez and the Jets offense had a better game than Bradford and the Rams.

Yea still doesn't change the fact though that Schotty sucked as an offensive gameplanner regardless of the qb. When in week 1 you see a quarterback throw the ball down the field consistently and you wonder what the fuck is going on? I think that is an indictment that your o'coordinator sucked ass.

No the OC is judged on his body of work and his work says he is an average OC that struggles developing QBs.

Week 2 the Jets receivers showed there lack of experience. I think Hill and Kerley will be stars in the NFL but it does not happen overnight and the Steelers wiley vets took our receivers to school and made our QB see triple.

The offense struggled in the second half yes but it is not like they had the ball all that often. With that being said I think Sparano had the worst call in the game that killed Jets drive that was looking promising.

They wildcat worked for a couple great plays but then you run a toss sweep and lose six yards. What the hell was that the WC did exactly what you wanted it do give us some momentum put Sanchez back in on the first down and keep the momentum going instead you run a toss sweep out the wild cat put Sanchez in an impossible 2 and 16 and the drive is dead and for intent and purposes game over. Horrible Horrible call by Sparano

The Redskins defense must be pretty fucking bad if an offense made up of Schotty, WFH, and MATTHEW FUCKING MULLIGAN can beat them.

So funny to see Mulligan contributing.

Mulligan got an unfair rap around here due to his penalties. His play was actually much better than was credited.

What an insight. Yes, but the propensity to commit penalties can be worked on.

Was his blocking adequate at all? I think losing Ben Hartsock proved to be detrimental. That guy was a good blocker.

Ahh you were sarcastically placing all the blame on schotty. I was giving you other reasons because I thought to meant it. I think schotty had trouble creating an identity with our offense and he got caught up in it. He gets a new start, Sanchez gets a new one, I'm fine with it.

it's hard to have an identity when your Ol can't open up holes for the ground game so you can't run, your OL can't proetct the QB so you can't throw and your WRs stink.

#Jets offense isn't the worst. Have scored TDs on 13.6 pct of drives, sixth-lowest in NFL. The worst? I'll give you 1 Schott to name it.

Now start the clock to see how long it takes junc to jump in and defend him.

We went from the worst offensive coordinator in the NFL to maybe the 30th.

I think Sparano is worse than Shotty.

Don't know why they just didn't give the job to Callahan..instead they let him go to Dallas where he may become the next HC if Ryan doesn't get it first.

I really don't see a difference in the playcalling between schotty and sparano.

I don't. I don't think he's a lot better but Schotty just doesn't understand that his job is to have his offense roll over the opposition. Either that or he has no clue how to make that happen.

Every time I watch one of Schotty's offenses I think about Napoleon Dynamite's uncle standing next to his van in a field muttering to himself and dropping back to throw that pass again that he botched in high school 20 years ago and never recovered from.

Schotty's offenses are just like that botched pass only he does it over and over again expecting different results.
