This guy is an actual offensive coordinator! Not seeing Sanchez throw half his passes at or behind the LOS was a breath of fresha air! Nice work mixing Tebow into the game without having him pass at all, which he may be saving for later. The O-line did a fantastic job against a D-line that is supposed to be one of the better ones in the NFL. Feeling very good about Howard right now. What more can we say about Hill? Sparano called a great game here, a good mix, and nearly all the recievers got the ball. Sanchez is ready to go. This is gonna be a hell of a ride. Nice job Coach Sparano! Welcome to the Jets family!
everything is GREAT when you play good and win. I love the way how we moved the ball thru the air...run game needs some work.
When Hill dropped that first pass I thought "wow here we go" but then he followed it up by having one of the better games I've seen for Jets rookie. This is gonna be interesting. Looking forward to next week in Pittsburgh, that will be a test against a playoff caliber team. I think coach Sparano will be ready, and I know the Jets D will be too. GO JETS!
Yeah the line needs to do a little better job of opening holes, but Green still put up almost 100 yards. I wonder how all this passing Sparano had the Jets doing today will change the perception of this offense in the NFL?
That was great. The Bills defense seemed off balance the whole game. The only thing that was less than satisfying was the regular running attack with Shonn Greene.
Not to jump on the Tebow bandwagon anymore but the first play of the game Tebow was playing tight end and ran a route. I hope this is a glimpse of things to come because if Tebow can play te the defense would never know when it's going to be wildcat or a base formation with Sanchez taking the snap. That could really keep the defense off balance.
The Bills do have a good D line and prolly game planned to stop the run and the spread option with Tebow. They definitely did not expect to see or get beat by air Sanchez.
All I have to say about this game is....so much for ground and pound! At least, it didn't FEEL like it...even though it was a highly balanced game!
I was a doubter of sparano cause a the fin fans said he was horrible in the red zone and settled for field goals even when they were gettin blown out.And would fist pumped all the time when they kicked a field goal. But This guy can coach.I seen sanchez hanging all over him towards the end of the half.I think the offense loves this guy.
If you managed to score any amount of points with Chad "forehead" Henne at QB you would fist pump too. Also he wasn't calling plays in Miami from what I have read.
Sparano seems to have a much better feel for calling the appropriate play based on down and distance. He also seems to utilize all of our personnel better. It's early, but things are looking encouraging!
This still was just the jills, I won't be sold on Sparano until we get a few more weeks into the season, with a big test next week in Pitt. The wildcat needs to die a fast death though, such a fucking momentum killer.
