This is what I have waiting for a long time. Take what trhe defense gives you nothing fancy. Schotty with all that moment crap didn't confuse anyone except the players on the Jets. Every team in the NFL knew what the Jets were gonna do. -We have a safety that will clean your clock if you come in his area. -I loved the playmaking from the defense side with Revis, Wilson and Cromartie getting picks. -Austin Howard was awesome and Sanchez had confidence since he was able to stand upright the whole game. -Still not crazy about the wildcat but I'll defer. -Stephen Hill loved the pick when it was made and he offers so much more than Plaxico. -Kerley sighting and couldn't come at a better time. -Sanchez looked great maybe a portion of the credit can go to Eva Longoria. -The defense should work on their tackling but overall good game. -Many, many positives can't wait till next week.
Sanchez- Is a great QB he can throw, he's reading blitzes better, can use his feet and has a great arm Greene- sucks Powell- should play more Hill- Is like Burress + Edwards better yet Baby Moss Holmes- Love Holmes the player Kerley- stepped it up big time Cumberland/Keller- great targets for Mark Conner- few good lead blocks Line- phenomenal Get us a running back who can run/catch/pass protect and we'll be top 10 in the league
Besides that dumb flip he made early Sanchez looked great. If the protection holds up he's going to have a very nice year. One thing I don't get is they draft a RB every year yet havent found the right guy. Hopefully Powell gets some more looks to see if he's the guy. Great game all sides of the ball.
I'd still like a blocking TE because when sanchez rolled out and tried to get something out of nothing. Cumberland and his friend sucked lol
They stood out in preseason too but Jordan White and Patrick Turner shockingly didn't create a lot of TD's with vanilla playcalls so Sanchez and everybody else sucks. Yep.
