NFL Predictions: Peyton Manning never quite looks like Peyton Manning the team with a rookie starting QB that wins the most games will be Seattle Houston suffers another year with multiple injuries preventing them from reaching their potential Cam Newton doesn't excel quite as much as a year ago Aaron Rodgers looks more mortal. Jets Predictions: Shonn Greene plays lights out in a contract year Santonio Holmes bounces back to have a year that looks a lot like 2010. At some point this year, the Jets will win a game. The following day, a play Tebow made in the 2nd quarter will be far more talked about than the plays made by Mark Sanchez in crunch time. Mark Sanchez completion % skyrockets, and raises to just a hair under 62%. Tim Tebow is a successful short yardage back The Jets win 10 games thanks to the defense
The Philadelphia Eagles will miss the postseason with another disappointing season and Andy Reid will be let go of in January. The Kansas City Chiefs will return to the postseason. The Jets-Bills Week 17 match-up will be for the #6 seed in the AFC. The Chicago Bears will reach the Super Bowl from a Wild Card spot and face the AFC South champion, AFC #2 seeded Houston Texans.
The New England Patriots reign over the AFC EAST is over, they are on the decline. They will not be the AFC DIVISION CHAMPS the JETS will be. As the pats decline THE BILLS will not be the same old BILLS and will give us a run for the money this year! We will beat them this year, but bearly. The Giants will repeat this year. They feel disrespected and have a chip on they shoulder. Eli said 9-7 aint good enough, plus they got health ans depth. The Bengals will be good this year, and The Chargers will be good as well. The Saints are also done.
Bold Predictions Jets Quinton Coples has 12 sacks Aaron Maybin has 10 sacks Antonio Cromartie has 8 picks Darrelle Revis allows no TD's and 6 catches all year Kyle Wilson has 5 picks We acquire a RB by week 6 Stephen Hill averages 20+ yards a catch NFL Brady throws 15 picks Newton throws for 5000 yards Doug Martin leads the league in rushing Luck leads Colts to 8 wins Bengals win AFC North Seahawks win NFC West Raiders end up with #1 Pick in the Draft 9 coaches get fired by season's end
Tom Brady will take a big step back this year because of lack of protection from his offensive line. The guy constantly had ALL FREAKIN' DAY before. If teams can somewhat consistently pressure him, I think that there is a chance somebody comes away with the AFC East crown. The Pats aren't a gimme this year. Does that qualify as a bold prediction? Maybe not, but it's still something to ponder.
Sanchez throws for over 4000 yards 62+ completion%. Hill over 1000 yards receiving. Jets win 11 games, #1 defense, Conley gets replaced, Kerley amongst the best slot receivers...
Tim Tebow will start at some point this season... as a Running back Mark Sanchez will be top 10 in completion percentage, touchdowns & QBR Stephen hill will lead rookie WRs in TDs & red zone targets The Jets will blitz less than they ever have in the past 3 years but end up top 10 in the league in sacks Mike Vick, Peyton Manning & Run DMC will play all 16 games The 2nd best TE in the league this year wont be gronk or graham (one of them wil be 1st & the other 3rd)
Hey call it what ever you want, but I thought I wasnt being bold enough and too realistic. Sanchez completion % would have been 60% last year, until he got blasted in the ravens game and got his neck sprain, the game Ngata wad fined for. Sanchez threw for close to 3500 yards without a deep threat and poor oline, so with a deep threat and better oline it's def possible. Hills 1000 yards its def bold, but the kid can create space and matchup problems. Conley sucks so that's not a crazy prediction, yet since nobody made it I decided to throw it in. # 1 defense is realistic with the addition of Coples, new safeties, and training camp for Wilkerson, Maybin, and Ellis. So call it what you want but it's supposed to be bold. How abt S. Greene running for 1200 yards and 10 + touchdowns.
NFL Predictions Russell Wilson wins Offensive Rookie of the Year Keuchly DROY Jets Landry leads team in tackles (and crushed receivers) Coples gets 4 sacks on Brady Hill catches 50+passes
IMO I get the feeling that the AFC east is the most wide open it has ever been since 2008. So although it seems crazy to think the Jets could win the division considering that Brady and co has won at least 13 and 14 games respectively the past 2 years. I feel NE may take a step back this year, and the Jets may compete for the division. We compete for the division if Sanchez takes the next, if one of the young receivers can have an impact, and that either Powell or McKnight can be a complimentary piece to Greene and the running game. my bold prediction, the Jets win the division with a 10-6 record
Bold predictions: Keller hits double digit touchdowns. Greene rushes for 1200 yards. Tebow has 5 rushing and 5 passing touchdowns. Landry stays healthy for the whole season Revis finallys wins DPOY. Sanchez plays like a top 15QB and turns the ball over a lot less than last season. (Not really bold I guess)
Tebow and Shonn Greene split carries 50/50 beginning in week 1. They are both in the backfield for 60% of plays. Both Tom Brady and Peyton Manning are knocked out with season ending injuries. Mike Vick stays healthy all year. Jags trade MJD as soon as he pays his fines to the team. Falcons (#3) over Eagles(#5) in NFC championship. Jets (#2) over Texans (#1) in AFC championship. Maybe not so bold, Revis wins defensive player of the year. LeSean Mccoy offensive player of the year.
