Allen is somewhat of a surprise. Now the two 6ths and two 7ths are gone. Great job by Mr T and his ability to scout and draft. He is the final say in the draft room. Not that any of the 4 earned their way to be on the final 53. He gets credit for cutting them.

TE for TE, possibly an upgrade but minimal. DL for DL, probably better with Dixon for this year but save 150K! WR for S, ???? Allen was lost but may have developed down the road. Perhaps our new WR can be kick return depth.

Do you really think he can motivate and talk like Ray Lewis after never playing a down in the NFL?? The kid might be fine by Rex overhypes players. He thinks he is building confidence but is putting unrealistic expectations on many players. Can we at least agree on that?
Considering Woody loves Tebow, he's probably not gonna see that as a bad move. IMO, he's an owner only for bragging rights about being an owner. Until fans stop showing up for games, things aren't likely to change. Personally, I'm good with the Tebow deal.

The New York Jets have claimed Heidi Beckum from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheer squad. To make room for Beckum, the Jets waived 3rd year cheerleader captain Gladis Yorm. This move is expected to save $362 in 2012 cap space.
We're really going to miss Gladis' intangibles this season. She really had those ladies moving as a team.
