Wilson for Cherilus? Man, if that happens the Lions are getting the better end of that deal. Cherilus never turned out to be the player they thought he'd be when they selected him in the first round. He was getting ridiculed the first few years because of how bad he was. He was getting benched, pulled in and out of the lineup with various journeymen. I think it was about last year (maybe the year before) where he turned into someone who was no longer a problem. He wasn't good by any means, he was about average, a guy who wouldn't kill you. Sure, the Jets could use that. But are they really willing to trade their 1st round corner who looks like a really solid player for a backup RT who never lived up to his potential?
